Was given all information on what the subscription has to offer. While also needing a refund, received that and instead of $25 a month it is now $3 a month. Pleased with experience and hoping I will get a job soon :)

It was easy to set up a Resume. The directions were very easy to follow. I sent my resume to a job I wanted close to home and received a job within 10 days. I went to cancel my account with Resume Now on 1/17/24, since I found the job, but I got a long sales pitch why I should keep the account at a discounted amount. It took a while to convince them I didnt need them to send resumes out for me and I longer needed their service. Even then they said the account would be cancelled on 1/26/24. We will see if that occurs and if they continue to bill me...so be careful on that aspect, following the contract you agreed to at the time of service.
