The online shopping experience was quick and easy and I was happy the products were delivery so quickly.
We have Book Fairs at elementary school 3 times a year and give dum dums with purchase as a treat to our students.

Order was shipped quickly. Would order from ReStockIt again if ever in need. Didn't need customer service because it went without a hitch but the follow-up email made me feel like it would be easy to reach them.

I bought 10 boxes of paper towels and received 8. I tried to send an email and no reply. Today April 23 I called customer service and explained my situation. The customer representative told me that they delivered 8 boxes and that 2 were missing. A credit would be given for the 2 boxes that were not delivered. I just received an email that stated that 8 boxes were received by Oscar, our warehouse manager. In addition, 1 box was received by Flores. This person does not work in our warehouse and we don't know who he is. How can customer service provide information that does not agree with the information being confirmed in an email?
SO much care for my small, personal order. Delivery MUCH faster than expected. Excellent packaging so box was not crushed for future storage. THANKS!
