Ordered an African sulcata tortois after reading many posts about never order on line. Totally satisfied with purchase and shipping. Animal arrived active and hungry. Heat pack in box was still warm overnight from Florida to NY. Animal was active in its shipping container. It ate a little upon transferring to temporary container. Took a 15 minute soak and slept the rest of the day and night. Got up this morning and ate like a pig. Made a nice healthy poop and has been actively exploring. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks.

We ordered our turtle on January 8th, we were told based upon the shipping option we chose that It would be up to 30 days. That 30 days came and went. My wife followed up at that point and she was told it would be shipped out either that day or the next. That came and went with no response or update or anything from the customer. I followed up on the 20th of February, and I was told it was shipped out that day. The turtle finally came on February 22. It was mailed out in the worst fashion/means... it was shipped in a small packaging(I'm sure that part was correct), but than that was wrapped in newspaper, then it was put in a small box (which did have really poor scissor stabs for air holes, and then it was placed in a flat-rate 2 day shipping envelope(which had no holes). There was nothing on the packaging about "live animals." It is clearly stated when you do a basic search online, that live animals need to be shipped "one day shipping." When I called to talk to them about our experience and how it was handled, I got no apology or concern at all. I got off the phone feeling like more of a hassle, and my order was not important. We will not do business with this company again, and if they treat all their customers this same way, I am sure they will not be in business long.

They refused to ship anything and when I ask they say they'll ship the next day and i wait a few more days and ask and they say they're ship tomorrow! And they keep giving the run around over and over. This is ridiculous They are so bad!

Haven't received my package because I chose 30 economy express, and it has only been 10 days. I know how to read unlike half the people freaking out. Ordered a $30 snapping turtle on the 10th. Order status is pending, card was charged. No issues yet. Honestly if the turtle arrives dead I probably wouldn't be too butthurt anyway. It's just 30 bucks. I'll just buy one somewhere else. Boohoo. If you want something expensive buy it in person. You wouldn't order an automobile online would you? I will edit this review accordingly once I receive my product.

Very quick delivery service. Would definitely recommend to a friend and I am definitely going to buy from the ReptileCity again great service and quick delivery 100% better then other Reptile places I've been to. I like the fact that they've got an online chat on the website so if you've got any worries concerns or even just a question they are very good at responding and really helpful with advice.

They don't ship you anything and you can call them and message them numerous times. They'll just ignore you. That's what happened to me. They just took my money, ignored me, and I kept waiting and waiting. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. They're fake reviews written by the owner.

Been ordering from these guys for a few years now and every single animal ive ordered from them were and still are alive and healthy, just received a scolopendra gigantea(amazon giant centipede) today and is extremely active. Also they have very friendly staff that are glad to help. Highly recommend these guys :)

This guy is a crook. I ordered a five lined skink it died within the 10 days or so live guarantee or money back. I took him to the vet b4 he died and the vet said he was infested with protozoan parasites and that my lizard had a high mortality rate even with treatment. I called Felton and he said somewhere along the lines tough noogie. He wanted me to send vet records for proof. I asked to have another lizard and he was out of stock, so I ask can you send me another species and I could pay the difference. So I picked a Western fence lizard than paid expedited shipping. I waited a week and no lizard. I called to ask about my order and he still hasn't processed it yet. I ask asked when and he said when he was damn good and ready. So I asked for a refund and he said gladly and hung up.
What a piece of $#*!

I ordered Eastern Newts over 90 days ago. They said they were in stock with a guaranteed shipping in 30 days. It's been 90 days. They charged my card over 90 days ago and never delivered the newts. Every time I call they say they will ship them the next week. They won't reply to my emails asking for a refund. They are frauds.

Give Mr. Willis 5 stars for taking care of business like he said after the little delay that happened during my order. But I received my Armadillo Lizards exactly when he said I would and he's healthy and doing great! Love ordering my reptiles from Reptile City. They have a wide variety of reptiles amphibians, invertebrates and pretty much anything you need to house your new family member. The prices are very reasonable. The ordering process is very easy and they are prompt with keeping you updated on the shipping process. Ordered a smooth headed caiman this time. He arrived early and very much alive. Excited to add him to the family. Definitely a forever customer.

I ordered my frogs in January, when they are most available. It is now April and I still do not have them. It might be ok, but they do not return my email or phone calls. The one time I spoke with them they promised the frogs the next week and it never happened.

Order a snake and a scorpion. Both had arrived very quickly, the snake came very healthy and vibrant, the scorpion had some iffy spots but there team was quickly on it when I mentioned it. Reptile City makes a point to call when the order has been delivered to check up. Only place I've done business at who does this. 5 stars all day.

ReptileCity stayed in touch with me from the time I placed my order till after my animals were delivered. My red eye tree frog and day gecko arrived alive and appear to be healthy. They are both captive bred so I don't anticipate any parasite problems. Thanks for providing a shipping date of my choice. My mind was at ease knowing the status of my shipment every step of the way. Just received an aquatic salamander for my almost 10 yr old daughter from Santa via UPS. S/he is as adorable as expected and appears active and healthy. Hopefully we have done adequate research and preparation for our new pet. Due to an epic momfail, I wasn't home to sign for the package (that I arranged) this afternoon. ReptilesCity was extremely accommodating and helpful bu getting UPS to hold our box at the local processing center (WV) for me to pick up. Looking forward to the care of our salamander. If my husband didn't ban any additional pets, I'd absolutely use this business again!

I ordered a baby green iguana, he was stressed out when he got to my house the morning of the delivery but i was kinda expecting that because i'm in VA and it came from Florida! I had to leave to my dads for the weekend so my mom is taking care of it and from what i'm hearing from my mom said the iguana is doing perfect! He's being friendly, active, and eating well! Maybe one day i'll get to do business with them again :)
