Great the first time.

Bought 4 fire belly toads that were active and feeding the moment they got here so I was happy about that and were by far the best prices I could find online. But in my second order the southern toad that came never fed and died on the second day. Same thing happened to the person I got it with, both his died in the first few days.

Everything went so well the first time that I ordered again. I had personal attention to exactly what I needed and wanted. The reptiles (lizards) came in great condition and they began eating almost immediately. I ordered a male and female and that is what I got. They get along so well it is amazing. I will go nowhere else for reptiles.

Less than a week ago, I ordered two amphibians that have become a rarity on the market. The amphibians came in a very timely manner, and were in picturesque health. Reptile City did everything they could to accommodate me, and make sure the package arrived as promise. They came through on their end.
I would like to also address the people that have posted which have stated that Felton Willis is rude. I work in customer service and shipping myself and know what it like to deal with unhappy/disgruntled customers. From my experience, these type of individuals initiate an issue first by being rude and disrespectful themselves. Then when the other party (i. E. in this case Felton) takes control of the situation then it becomes known as "being rude". I spoke with Felton twice via phone and both conversations he handled the situation very professionally. Therefore, I have a hard time believing Anna W. And others which have seemed to use the same statements because more than likely they're the ones that started the correspondence off being rude.
Anyone thinking about using this company, I would reccomend so. Not too often you can put trust in strangers, but your trust won't be taken advantage of with this company. I am 100% positive anyone ordering with Reptile City will have as good of an experience as I did.

Worst service

I ordered 2 southern toads from him, when I got the package it had no heating or cooling pads to help the animals with shipping and it took two days coming from Florida
Open the package and one toad was dead stored in the same container with the live. Called him and he said he would send a new one, the live one died a day later called him again and he was extremely rude and anti social, he told me they only cover shipping and they have no warranty if the animal dies after he said he will send me 2 more but if they die he will NOT send me more or refund me
Reading the reviews I'm probably just gonna report him, he is just sending me sick or dead animals

I placed several orders with ReptileCity this summer. My goal was to re-stock green anoles in my back yard pool area. I have fond memories of playing with green anoles as a kid and wanted to see them running around the pool area. Mr. Willis came thru!

Mr. Felton Willis accommodated me with each order I placed and gave me great advice. I admit that I can be heard headed and impatient at times. Mr. Willis worked around my impatience at one occasion and gave me some free anoles to replace some that did not fare well.

Mr. Willis was quick to respond to my emails and quick to deliver my animals. He worked around my schedule twice when I could not be home to accept delivery of anoles. I look forward to continuing to do business with Mr. Willis!

Good customer service

I ordered one batch of house Gecko's which arrived dead. I called Fenton and let him know we had a problem. He didn't ask for pictures of my dead lizards just told me they would reship. Which they did promptly and those Gecko's arrived healthy and very active. I was very pleased with my replacement shipment. Thank you Reptile City for my active healthy house Gecko's. Darla R. NM

I use them to purchase a pink toe tarantula for my daughter. They were the cheapest I could find and it arrived a lot earlier than expected alive and healthy. We're thinking about purchasing a friend as we found out they do well with other pink toe tarantulas I will definitely be purchasing more from them

My 5 baby turtles all arrived live and healthy. This company was lightening fast getting my order processed and shipped out and you can not beat their prices with a stick. Most sites charge at least 30$ just for shipping, this company shipped for free if you spend 25$ my whole order was less than shipping alone with other companies. I homeschool my daughters and we are studying turtles they are so excited to learn hands on. I would recommend this company above amy others

Asian Forest Scorpion CB babies, buy one get one free. I didn't have any problems whatsoever, I emailed Felton with questions that I had and he answered almost immediately. I opted for the free shipping that could take up to one month but I placed my order on September 2nd and it arrived on September 8th. That's Awesome! All the scorplings that I received are healthy and they were packaged great, the container they were in had damp sphagnum moss and they were packaged with newspaper around them inside of a box. Reptile City definitely cares about their customer service and their animals. THANK YOU, REPTILE CITY! (You can only see three in the picture but there are more, all are healthy).

I'm in a process of credit card charge back with them now, they sent me the wrong items, and I have returned the item using their shipping label. There is still no refund after 1 month! Will have the credit card company take care of them. SO PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE THEFT.

Amazing service

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Willis at Reptile City. I had placed a $500 dollar order on a pretty rare species and received them both alive and very healthy. I will say as a consumer read all the fine print when ordering a live animal that is being sent in the mail. Mr Willis sent an email the morning they were shipped so we could arrange to be there when they arrived. This is the consumers responsibility. I could not be happier with the speed, service and quality of reptiles that i received.

Purchased a Rankins dragon and was pleasantly surprised with the dedication and persistence to find me the best choice. Great service and kept me informed through the whole process. The main advice I would give customers
That purchase from Reptile City is to keep an eye on your email account
For emails from Reptile City, because you might not get multiple days
Notice before you receive your delivery. More like 1 day notice before
Or same day notice early in the morning. I have no issues with this
Since I always have somebody available at home to receive my package.
Just a heads up for people.
