I recently purchased a couple shirts from this company and was very happy with the whole experience from the email response time from moment of order all the way through notification of shipment and then receiving the shirts. Everything was timely and straight forward.
I was told that I was going to be receiving my shipment in a week or so and it showed up only a few days after ordering, the shirt itself is high quality and has quickly been made a favorite to wear

This is a great idea especially a great way to fundraiser for different charities. I have so many shirt at home that when I want one I feel a bit guilt for spending more money but I don't feel as guilty here because some of the money goes to charity. I know I'm helping people out just by doing something pretty simple and something I would probably be doing anyways. I also know that many of these gain more buyers than thought so the clothes take a bit longer, I'm sure some people get upset about that but I really done mind. It just means that the campaign was more successful and means more people will be helped.

I used this company for t-shirts for a charity event for breast cancer. When they arrived, LATE might I mention with a lot of issues with customer service, the shirts were in a CUSTOM INK box. The online company for custom made shirts. So you're telling me by the box that I solely payed for a middle man between me and Custom Ink. The shirts on Custom Ink were significantly cheaper. This means I paid significantly more for t shirts, solely to have a company pay another company for shirts that I could've ordered directly from Custom Ink for much cheaper.

Somehow a very old address was selected during PayPal process. Represent wouldnt fix even though I contacted them about a month before it shipped. I wasnt able to fix through UPS so Im just out of luck and will never see the $40 t-shirt I waited almost 2 months for.

My purchase was for a charity t-shirt. When ordered, it gave the expected timeframe for shipment. The t-shirt arrived, very nice, all as described. Arrival was about when expected. No issues.

Besides the sleeves being a little long the clothing appears to be very well made and has held up in the washer and dryer, they were also very easy to deal with. They kept me updated throughout the march campaign until it was sent to me and they made sure to follow up as well.

I didn't have any issues with checkout, it was super smooth and intuitive. I appreciated the ability to edit my order after the fact, since I needed to change my shipping address. I would have liked to be able to add to my order after checkout as well, instead of having to make multiple orders. In my case, my mom decided she also wanted to support the same campaign by buying a tshirt, and I had to go in and make a second order for that. I'm not sure if what I'm asking is even possible, but maybe with a reconfirmation of the card number it would be? Anyways, its a great site with a great goal.
How is it that Im charged almost $50 for a long sleeve gildan shirt that costs maybe $5 ordered in 4/22 its 5/26 and I still dont have it. Why dont I have it yet or why dont I have my money? What are you all trying to pull?
My shirt is FANTASTIC, but more importantly, I received outstanding customer service. This was my first order from Represent and I was so thrilled at the level of communication while tracking my order. They were efficient and friendly and I could not ask for me. I look forward to ordering from them again.

They dont print the products. The products are printed by custom ink. I know bc my product samples arrived with custom ink shipping label on a represent bag. Too dense to know you cant pull that bait n switch thing when shipping across borders. I got no issue with drop ship etc but represent is a coordinator... not a print company. I tried to get basic info from them but it was like asking a cabbage. Go elsewhere save your money and sanity.
