This company has their consumers paying for THEIR mistake! I purchased a defective product AT full price and NOW I'm paying more than it's actually worth.!
Not only was my original order delayed it came in with a missing neck label due to a printer error which the company promised to make up for by sending a replacement one for FREE. The replacement one did arrive but this time with A 18.02 DOLLAR SHIPPING FEE!

I ordered a sweater on 11/25/2017, it was supposed to ship 12/15/2017, still no e-mail on when I will get this Christmas sweater probably after Christmas. They did send an e-mail that they are reimbursing the shipping charges, but that does not mean I will get the sweater in time.

AWFUL experience- do NOT order from this brand! I ordered 3 items and was promised to receive an email on 12/10 letting me know that they had been made, and that I'd receive another email on 12/18 when items had shipped- when I ordered, these dates were guaranteed, and it was promised that I would receive all items by Christmas.
NEVER received any emails, and on 12/19, I checked on my order status to see that 2 out of 3 items hadn't been made yet, and none of them had shipped.
I reached out to customer service to let them know I was disappointed, as these were all gifts, and they cancelled my order without my permission. Not once in my email did I voice that I wanted the order to be cancelled, I just wanted to ensure that these items, which I was very excited to give for Christmas, would be there by then.
Incredibly, incredibly sketchy business- do NOT trust them or do business with them!

For mens sizes they are great big and comfertable soft on the inside and durable plus they keep you actually warm unlike some sweatshirts thank you

I ordered a Markiplier official notebook on 29 August. Today is 13 October and all I have got are 2 delayed notices (19,23 Sept), a survey notice on 3 Oct and a discount code on 11 Oct. Guess what I have yet to receive? A shipping notification for the notebook I ordered my daughter.
Never again will I order from here and I recommend other not to order either.

T-shirt already expensive with high delivery charge, then got customs charge and charge from post office for having to deal with customs charge. Emailed for assistance and got no response. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't use again.

Despite paying high shipping I had to pay another charge on delivery. Two kids t-shirts - $85. Pricey and I hate hidden costs. Havent opened the package yet so can't comment on the shirts
