I would recommend these guys to anybody. A glitch happened with my order and they took care of it quick. Very professional very friendly. Keep on rockin in the free world represent.
Products took a long time to ship and were of disappointing quality. The shirts themselves looked ok, but the craftsmanship was poor. We both ordered the same size shirt but they were slightly different, mostly in the sleeve area. I don't know how, but the wrist-part of one the shirts was way smaller then the other, I could barely fit my hand through at all! You can even see the stitching has gone a bit awry, so it's a very uncomfortable fit.
When we tried to let the owners know of their poor quality we found out their website had NO rating system in place at all. Which is shady to say the least. Which is why I decided to write a review here.
I like JonTron, but the "Sensual Jazz" shirts were a big disappointment.

With our platform, all merchandise is made to order, and that is why our products usually ship up to 14-18 days after the closing date of the campaign.
As for the bad quality - please accept our apologies! Usually, we manage to spot bad items and replace them before they get shipped but sometimes a human error gets in the way. Ive ordered multiple things from Represent, granted all of it pewds merch. The only problem I've had was my pew news long sleeve shirt had a printing error and the pew news logo was missed. I took a pic and sent it to them and within 24 hours I got a full refund and got to keep the shirt even though they just missed a small part of the printing. Am I disappointed my pew news shirt doesn't say pew news? Yes Am I super impressed with all my other merch and fast af customer service? Hell yes! I just got in the 80 mil club hoodie and it's the nicest hoodie I've ever owned. Super thick, very soft material inside, perfect size and the quality of the print is amazing. Much better quality than teepublic's merch who's prints start cracking after two or three washes. TLDR; Amazing quality of clothes and print job on top of epic service.

The youth sizing was not clear in just offering sizing with Xs to L. When T shirt arrived it had ages sizes 9-11yrs for M. Why wasn't this advertised on the website? Now I Cannot exchange as promotion has ended and have two upset wannabe spice girls with too tight T-shirts. Very disappointed

What a bunch of bullsh! T dealing with this company. I placed an order and the form on their website kept prompting me to re-enter the state on my address. I did this and resubmitted the order until it finally went through. Then i received an email the next day to correct my address. When i did this it redirected my to a paypal checkout again and stated that i would be refunded my first purchase total within 5 days. I spent the next week trying to get ahold of customer service only to receive generic canned responses that they're too busy to actually respond. Finally get a human to send me an email and they chose to blame the entire problem on me and or paypal. What a bunch of as$holes. Can't wait to receive this product and it had better be of the highest quality to make up for the dumbest ordering process i have ever been through dealing with the dumbest customer service reps possible. I hate you.

Got a t-shirt that Represent produced for a campaign of the Leonardo DiCaprio foundation.
It was a good fit and of nice quality - I'm very happy with the product.
The only thing though, is that I wished they would have informed me that there would be a customs fee included in my order, as I live in England. (The customs fee was a little bit of an unpleasant surprise, when I got the package and I still had this outstanding, unexpected fee to pay)

I placed an order for a t-shirt for my fiance for Christmas in the beginning of November - it is now December 19th, 2018. All i see is order processed for ups the past two weeks and I have yet to hear back from them on why this item is taking so long. I am beyond frustrated. I didn't think I would have to wait over a month for a Christmas gift and still no answer from the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS UPON WEEKS.
