I never received my package despite the fact that the USPS tracking number stated it was delivered in my mailbox, I was very confused and worried as what I ordered was limited edition, but I contacted them via e-mail and they sent a new one (it took a while longer to ship the new one and I followed up a few times for tracking info) but it arrived correctly and safely the second time around.
Have bought online several times and the process is easy and smooth. There has been one problem with a shipmeent that was missing an item and custommer support just sent me a new one without questions asked. Would recommend to anyone that has any doubts or isn't used to online shopping

Throughout the time I was buying the item I bought I had a super easy time and it was fast. The price was pretty high for the item I bought but I'm sure it was in high demand and I don't think this company determined the price. It got here way before I expected and I was notified ahead of time when it was shipped and when it should arrive by. Overall an amazing experience and the product is exactly what I wanted and expected.

I received my camp America shirt earlier than expected for starters. I came across this brand through Vic mensa's ig page & immediately loved what Represent does. I will be purchasing again! I am a fashion designer so I look forward to maybe working with them in the near future :)

Some time ago I ordered a Crowley tshirt - " even when I lose I win" - and recently I ordered, and just received, a Crowley "Miss me?" mug, and i love them! The shirt is great and soft and is lasting well, despite heavy use and laundering. The mug is great: good weight and image. I wish the image was a bit lighter, to make it easier to see, but it's great anyway! I love being able to purchase merchandise related to one of my fave actors and support a charity at the same time. The shipment to Sweden was great but I thought, for the price, the product would be more premium. The sweatshirt shape is great but the material is kinda cheap and the silkscreen is a bit washed-out (white paint over black). I guess it will not last very long. I'm a little disappointed and not looking forward to buy again.

I bought a Tshirt one month ago in June
And it said it will take a month do deliver it.
So now it's now on July the 9th one month and 6 days later I have yet to receive my Tshirt and it is no were to be seen

I had ordered a T-shirt that came in the wrong colour and was quite upset. Due to my own error I hadn't noticed that they had emailed me about it being a stock error and not their fault (didn't think they would be that quick to) and I contacted customer support. From that point on I received nothing but help in dealing with the issue, with the company doing above and beyond just to make me happy. Their Customer Experience Manager Michaela had insanely fast responses for a business, and even after the whole ordeal was dealt with they let me keep the item in the wrong colour and she said she would send out the right one. This customer support was so good I felt bad for complaining In the first place. I hope this review makes up for any inconvenience I made and I wish Michaela and the rest of the company my best wishes. Hopefully this review shows that represent is quite possibly the best company for merchandise I've came across and you should support it fully. Thanks again, Scott.

I got 3 hoodies from represent two of them are from Pewdiepie's collections and the other one is from Crankthatfrank and I love all three of them very comfy and very good quality

Half my wardrobe is from represent and I love the clothes. The materials are soft and kind to the skin and the customer service people are lovely and very helpful

I recieved an item of clothing from Represent and unfortunately the pattern washed off in its first wash even after following the wash guide on the label
Instead of ranting about it online I contacted support. Within 24 hours I recieved an email from Betty who has now dealt with the Situation very quickly and made amends to the problem with ease

Our designer suggested we try these guys instead of CustomInk. No need to carry a big inventory, easy for people to order shirts etc. NOPE.
Here's a list of reasons to avoid.
Terrible customer service. The chat doesn't work. There's no phone number as far as I can see. Ordering samples is baffling. They promise to get back to you via email within 24 hours. They don't. Ever. They just send a list of FAQ's.
The shipping is turtle-like. The shopping cart is glitchy especially using the mobile version. Expensive and worst of all, the shirts are very poor quality. Hard, rough, prickly fabric. Not a true black and the printing is dull. On top of that the sample shirt we ordered had a stain on it. Very disappointing. Going straight back to Customink.

Ordered Mark Tuan t-shirt many weeks ago. Delivery date was always changing. The package was shipped only when I contacted their customer service. The next day after the shipment the package was already "delivered" only that I never received it. The customer service is trying to blame my neighbors for stealing it and advises to contact USPS while customers are paying the shipment fee to DHL. I expected my package to arrive securely with fees of half a price of the actual t-shirt I've ordered but apparently, it's not applicable to Represent.

Great experience for a person ordering online for the first time. Had problems with the tracking number so I contacted support. They reply the next day and actually provide a solution and explain what's happening. Would definitely buy again.
