When I ordered parts, the site said it was in stock and ship the next day. Well, 2 weeks later, not received. I called their customers' service and they tell me they're back order. They seem to have trouble managing their web inventory, to say the least. Would have had to wait another month or so. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order. In summary, this is not a reliable company.

The best thing about this website is that they only sell genuine components, making it a reliable source for repairing or upgrading equipment.

My dishwasher went out and this site offered diagnostics and parts. I had to pay $5 to register and the another $50 for the diagnostic- OK, I said, I needed to get this fixed and there were no appliance repairmen in my area. Repair guy was nice, got the info I needed, and he set up the order for the part. That was the end of the good part. I then found out I had been automatically subscribed to their service for $50 a month, I called them and cancelled but was still on the hook for the $50 for the first month. I was told I would get an email when the part shipped, and when I did get the notification, after two weeks(!) they said that I would be getting the tracking number in a separate email. A week later I called and finally got the tracking number. It took another week and a half to get the part. The part they sent was not only the wron part, it wasn't even for the right brand or model. I called them again( the number of the order confirmation) and was told that they couldn't do anything because "it was a web order". I had to argue with then that the number I called was on the order receipt, and then was told "well, you ordered the wrong part", and I had to say that the repair guy I spoke to over the phone was the one that set up the part order and that I didn't order anything. This whole conversations was interspersed with long periods of being put on hold. Finally I got the CS rep to send me a mailing lable to send the wrong part back and to refund my money. Savey our money, time, and sanity, don't do business with this company. If there was a way to give it negative stars this would be a -5 star review.

This is the only place my family shops whenever we need to repair any of our appliances. I highly recommend RepairClinic.com to anyone in need of replacement parts for their household appliances. Before ordering a part itll say delievry in 2-3 days. You order and then it tells you its not expected for 4 months. Then I have to waste my time calling customer service on hold. They dont make it obvious its on back order at all.

Amazed at their product selection. They have all the branded parts that I need. At the best prices too. Never encountered an out-of-stock situation with them either. Proud repeat customer here.

Repair Clinic is another name for steal your credit info. They never had any plan to send us our packages. Lady lied and said my card had not been charged. These people are playing a dangerous game. Unfortunately they have the right one with me. I ordered a control knob for an AC unit in October of last year. I just received an email today 3/23/2023 stating that my package would be delayed yet again? It stated that my package would be delayed until May 2nd, 2023. But it had already been pushed to April 4th, 2023. These people are meanwhile collecting credit cards number. Now I see that I'm not the only only. Yet, I'm the only one that will go to great lengths, to right someone else wrong. I take this personally because I have had scam activity on my card. They will learn a definitive lesson. Every dog has its day. If you have done business with this company. Just know you've been scammed.

I had used Repair Clinic in the past. For my AC, I needed a specific blower fan module difficult to get. They list it at a good price, so I ordered, knowing the part has yet to arrive to them. Immediately after, the price of the part changed on their website. As they realized they had made a bad sale, decided to not fullfil the order but continuously delay the shipping. Every date that they were supposed to ship, they will delay it. I called them, and they assured me it was coming. They had no intention to fullfil the order, just to get me tired until, after a month, I cancelled and got it from another site. Unbelievable unethical. They could have contacted me and explain the price issue. I needed the part, and they made me waste a month without heating in the middle of winter. Never again will get my business.

I ordered a part for my dishwasher. Said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks and still no part. I contacted them through chat because I could not get through on the phone. They said it would ship out in another 2 or 3 days and it was on back order. I never saw that come up when I ordered the part. Overall experience with this company is fair at best. Hopefully my part will be delivered by the end of the year. Fingers crossed.

I once had to send back a part I had ordered since it was the wrong part for my microwave oven. My repairman and I got mixed up, but they stated it was fine to ship the components back. After a few days, I received the correct parts, so everything worked out in the end.

I ordered a few replacement parts for my washing machine and they had everything in stock. I received the parts as scheduled and I was able to fix my washing machine in no time. It was a very convenient experience for me.

I had the mistake of ordering a part I thought my aircon needed. Though the delivery was already on its way, RCC was kind enough to have the courier come back to get the correct spare part. Now THAT'S customer service. Will order again if needed.

Dependable delivery every time I've ordered. They have a wide selection of parts and the quality of products I've received has been excellent.

They genuinely almost have all the replacement parts you need. They had the exact part for the five-year-old microwave I was looking for. I paid about $40, but it's still preferable to purchasing a brand-new one.
