I stumbled across this site by accident when I was looking for a particular rug for my horse.
The price was competitive but the main incentive from ordering here was the cost of delivery which was cheaper for next day delivery than other sites wanted for second class!

I wasn't too sure about the size of coat I needed so I contacted sales, I had ordered the Large but they thought maybe I needed an XL,which sadly had sold out but they offered me the Large anyway to try and lucky me it fitted. I was very pleased how quickly they answered my emails and my coat came through the post quickly too. I am always a bit dubious buying from the Internet but this company are very professional I would definitely order from them again and the price of the coat was very good too. Thank you so much.
Very helpful person on the other end of the 'phone when I originally called about buying and the possibility of returning the item (which is a gift for Christmas) if it doesn't fit. I was assured that I could return it until the end of January - I hope I won't have to!
