I ordered a hat that was too big when it arrived so phoned to ask if they had a smaller one I could exchange it for. I was told immediately that I could have a full refund and sadly no smaller ones were in stock but if any were returned to them on a sizing issue they would phone me to say they had it in stock now. So helpful and friendly.

I bought two Amigo foal rugs, a 4' and 4'6" for the foal to grow in to.
The 4'6" arrived damaged with the belly strap unattached.
Luckily the foal has a few weeks to grow so I will have the rug repaired at my own expense which was slightly disappointing. Howerver, when intact they will be nice rugs and the service was fast and efficient.
