I am in the US, so it always makes me a little nervous to order abroad. This is my second purchase from you company and my order arrived in a week, like it was local!
Your delivery was quick. The product (a 14" Bucas Recuptex dog rug) was lighter in weight than the previous Bucas Freedom dog rugs. But my friend tells me her old Jack Russell is as warm as toast in it. She is in Alberta, Canada (postage there was very slow!)

Easy to use website, coat arrived on time, packages well
I was disappointed by the quality of the packaging. It looked old, had a large torn patch on front where presumably a price sticker had been removed and as I bought it as a present I will be rather embarrassed to give it to my godson. The product itself was fine but on account of the poor packaging I don't think I will use your company again.
Was Looking for a warm coat for my 13 years German shepherd Molly. The coat fitted her perfectly and I know she feels special. Very easy to put on and the Velcro sides are super. Molly didn't like the feeling of then elastic leg straps but as she doesn't run much now and walks to heel the coat sits nicely without them. The post was just under £5 and i opted to collect from Halfords. I didn't have photo Id as I never knew but they let me have the goods. I know next time. All round very pleased with everything and would recommend the company and the coat. Nette
I received my goods very well packed which was important as they included a hat that was travelling about 500 miles! Quick and good service and polite on the phone.

I was disappointed that the packaging was split on arrival. Luckily nothing was missing. I needed to google how to fit the pad but apart from that, all good!
