The process was Self explanatory. Also very fast & easy.
The verbiage made it appear as if you had multiple hotels to choose from. There is only 1 and it looks sketchy at best. Then you are not made aware that once you pay to activate, you can't back out.

After many emails with no success, I was finally given my holidays. I was rpeatedly told that I already used my holiday, which I had not. I then contacted my local provider who then allowed me to activate my holiday finally. This should not have been such a difficult task.
