Like to see some of what I am buying before paying
This survey, even before I see the report, is not customer friendly
You're asking me about my experience just after I've paid and before I've seen anything.? Really?
When password setup was a no match and credit card expiration mis-typed: the system did not "flag" it. This would be helpful.
I thought the total charge was $3.88. Pressed a bar that said get the report, and I didn't get a report.
