Unfortunately JR Parker's death record was NOT found. There was no match found for JR Parker born in Dec. 1,1936, therefore, I will have to continue my search for Mrs. Parker's death date somewhere else.:-(

Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms.
