I wasn't happy when I saw that it was a continuous payment and chose not to continue on. I contacted Customer Service and asked that they immediately cancel any payment. The lady that helped me was nice, helpful and did what I asked.

Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
