Told me it had what I was looking for in Texas but I had to pay. After I paid it gave me info from a completely different person in Michigan. Contacted them, they do not care. BEWARE!
I say your service is a total fraud and can't believe that you can still operate. What little information you provide can be found elsewhere for free as well as more in depth. I looked up known criminals and found your records to show these people as pillars of the community with NO criminal records. Your service is worthless yet you seek more fees for a "deeper" report. I will be seeking a return of my money after only using your service for 12 hours. I will report you negatively everywhere I can. This company is a disgrace.
I know there are more records. A waste of 10$. They didn't have anything past the late 90's and not even in the state requester. They say they have all kinds of public records but there was plenty on this person on other sites.
The free look up gives you more info than the paid subscription unless you upgrade. They just count on you forgetting about the $3.98 for the 7 day trial that one pays then auto bill you $19.99 per month for the same worthless information thereafter.

Needed to get some accident information. They represented the information as being there but once they had my money the information I was led to believe would be there was empty fields and they were trying to upgrade my account. I immediately canceled and now I have this annoying spyware on my computer and am having trouble getting rid of it. Once or twice a day, I get a box appearing in the lower right hand side of my screen advertising their worthless software. Regret the day I ever signed up for this site.
Looking for a simple death certificate. Wish I had read other reviews. Waste of time. On pre-payment search, there were indications of data available. Once paid next to nothing showed up.
They say they have a report then they, you pay for an empty report with no information at all. They are very dishonest.
IT tells you that it has the report and view the full report you must prescribe and once you subscribe it will ask you again to do another research but somehow this time it says nothing, no report found on the person! That is ridiculous and do not trust it, I want to delete my account from them in this immediacy!
The records were mostly blank and the information such as household income and net worth were WAY off! Then I constantly got pop ups telling me more information was available for an additional charge! I signed up for a 7-day unlimited subscription, apparently there WERE limits! Also, good that I read the terms, although I signed up for a 7-day subscription, they would have billed me $19 a month thereafter unless I logged in and cancelled. I called the customer service to cancel after the website wouldn't give me that option and demanded I be refunded as well. They said no because I had successfully completed a search. I explained it was totally inaccurate and incomplete but she still refused. I explained I would dispute the charge with my cc company but she didn't care.
Don't bother. All l got on the "16 court records" on myself was a way-old address and phone number... BUT... an additional $16 would have "unlocked" so much more.
DON'T BOTHER. A RIP-OFF.
This business will give you a $1 special offer of 5 days to check it out & your thinking your getting a deal, but hardly any basic information comes up if any. But for a price, you can get a bonus of "advanced search" & they can retrieve your information. Why pay a dollar, if no info is available to you, why go further with the same company?
I wish I had read the reviews before I spent money on this site. There is so much information missing from my own data, I have zero confidence that the information on the person I was researching is accurate. To top it all off, I got a notification this morning saying that new information had been obtained about him, so I paid $4 more for an extra report. The report said "no new information"! This is a complete scam!
I put in my search, was told that they had found it, signed up and paid $3.98, and the report was about a different person in a different state from the one that I requested. It turns out that they didn't even have the type of information (driving records) for the state I had requested. This is not honest business practice.
Looking for information on a car's VIN... decided that I did not what to spend the money so I decided to back out of the page, then I got a "special" offer for $1 to get the information. I paid for it got in just to find out that there is no report unless I pay $9.95 for the information. So the $1 is just to login. The free report that you get WITHOUT THE $1 IS THE SAME after paying the buck, but if you what the report you have to buy the premium... BIG TIME MISLEADING. I GOT MY MONEY BACK
I signed up because the site's free search said it found the info I was looking for but then when I signed up and paid, there was nothing that came up for the exact same info. Scam.
I tried to get a record of the owners of my car.
What I got was a general linked list of where to find it; there was no actual useful information given to me.
The site doesn't even point you to the actual titles for the car, just the general records page!
Do yourself a favor and save your money.
