Great and unique products. Very easy to navigate thru the website. I love how diverse and affordable all the clothes are. Usually one of the shirts in a store or a boutique shop would run 5x times as much as what they are cost on RebelsMarket. Great quality too.
Delivery is very timely and direct communication with seller regarding any issues is effective and attentive to my needs. Garments are unique additions to my clothing collection. Quality, fit and construction of garments has been highly satisfactory. Garments are from different countries and cost of return is such that you want to be sure to order something you are highly likely to keep!
Ordered 2 items, both very reasonably priced, fast shipping times and both items were great quality and comfortable. I am 100% happy with both purchases. I like to browse this site it has cool and unique items that I can't find anywhere else.
The founder is a complete jerk. He doesn't know how to speak to any of his customers. Very very rude and doesn't deserve any of your money.
I ordered a shirt from this supposed company, and my shirt still hasnt come. Even after 3 1/2 months! After I emailed them about it, the person who replied (Siam7) was VERY disrespecful. DO NOT waste your time, effort and money supporting a business that displays piss poor customer service!

Please offer more shipping options when buying multiple items
I ordered a product. They never said it was coming from China. It took a month to receive. When I complained, the Company ignored my request. When it finally arrived, the quality was horrible. I contacted the company, they ignored my polite request. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I've been trying to resolve my issue since January 1st since the xmas gift for my wife never came that was ordered in November! I asked countless times for someone to return my emails, texts, and messages with a phone call to help fix the problem. Every time my request gets ignored and instead am told "I'll put you in contact with the seller"... who are even worse responding to my messages answering what I'm asking. I've been told it's shipped several different times yet it's now almost 6 months since I've purchased it... AND YET NOT ONE PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN or to apologize or get it actually resolved. It's been an unreal experience.

I placed an order on February 28,2017 which NEVER arrived. On May 5,2017 following at least 7 emails, the company would not assist in getting the order to me. They first told me to contact USPS. I did that. USPS said to contact the shipper and ask them to correct the ZIP code (which THEY had a typo in). I did that. The company contacted me 4 more time during which they did not correct the ZIP code. I requested a refund. They then told me the order was delivered 55 days prior. I told them that wasn't the case because I spoke to USPS and the order had the wrong ZIP code. I asked again for a refund. They agreed to refund me the cost of the items MINUS SHIPPING. Are you kidding? I didn't receive the order, its not like I sent it back. By far the worse online ordering experience I've ever had. I will make sure everyone knows how terrible their customer service is. Buyer beware.

Rebels Market is a marketplace for outside companies to display and sell their goods. They did a great job with accurately coordinating my order with the seller and kept up contact with me until I indicated I had received the order. They are great oversight for purchases!
I ordered a too-good-to-be-true handbag from a dodgy supplier in China "fancythings" - Don't know how i fell for that name. Costed me over R1000 and that was WITH a discount. I payed for it in Feb. Took a month for me to get an email saying it was shipped. And the tracking number they gave me is "unknown". So im guessing it was a scam. I cannot believe how rebelsmarket allows scammers onto their website. Like surely any company with the name "fancythings" will make you think twice. I just fell for it because its marketed through rebelsmarket which comes across as a legit place to throw your money at. NEVER trusting anything on this website again

Beware! Returns are practically impossible and if you manage to find where to return items to, you end up paying the shipping costs!
Oh and by the way, much of this merchandise ships from abroad and you end up having to pay the shipping costs. Never shopping here again.

I ordered 4 items. Only 1 eventually came from Korea. 3 others shipped from China did not even come and they were impossible to track. Received only partial refund (resulted in a loss). I would never recommend this site.

I love Rebels Market, & browse it regularly. It's easy to navigate & there are many unique finds. All items ordered have been just as described & I'm very happy with my experiences
The website basically show cases products from clothing manufacturers around the world. When you place an order, you pay the supplier direct and the product is then shipped from that supplier/company. Rebels Market do not supply the goods nor do they accept payment.
I initially ordered clothes last year, however upon arrival the clothes were not the sizes they claimed to be, upon examining the sizes on the website vs the actual clothes they differed dramatically. However they were good enough to refund me for them, but obviously not the customs duty I paid.
Some of the products were of good quality (very dependent upon the country of origin) that I received.
However some of the products I received recently were of atrocious quality, in fact to give an example, 2 of the identical products received differed dramatically in size and length, even though they were the same product!
Other items were of such poor quality they fell apart upon first wearing.
I then received a message from Rebels Market that they had suspended one of the suppliers that I had made a purchase from. They told me to approach Paypal for a refund, however Paypal are the most frustrating company to deal with, dealing with a computer and multiple choice is not how I want my complaint handled. No customer service whatsoever from them.
I cannot get any info out of Rebels Market, they are clearly not selecting their suppliers with any reference to quality of clothing nor are they interested in intervening on the clients behalf when it appears their supplier goes rogue and disappears with the clients money.
I have had an email from the owner of Rebels Market and he agrees that the manner in which my purchases have been handled is unacceptable.
He offered to resolve my problems within 48 hours, however weeks have gone by and he refuses to answer my emails and has his office staff answer my emails, but from him, there is no further word, and certainly no 48 hour resolution to my money that has been swindled out of me, nor purchases that have still not arrived.
I do not recommend anyone make purchases from this on-line store, they do not seem to vet their suppliers in any way. You may well end up with no goods and no money, or you may end up with clothes that do not fit or complete and utter rubbish that is not fit to wear.
Its a pity, as many of the items look really great online. It could indeed be a great business, but sadly this doesn't appear to be the case.
