There was a promotional program offer by this vendor that I thought I would try. First month free then $24.95 a month afterward for each zip code you requested leads to be offered to you. I thought well it was worth a shot. I entered my info and started loading my info into their website. Then the next thing I know I get a thank for signing up for some other service. Grant you it's only $0.99 a week but it was to purchase homes. I am a realtor looking for leads for people wanting to purchase, I am not in the market to buy homes. I called the service center and was told my subscription had been cancelled but there would be no refund on the $0.99 already charged on my C. I tried to explain to the CSR that I didn't even sign up for this service, that it just attached itself to me when I would looking at something else. You really have to be extremely on these websites. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me. These websites a designed to add services to your account. At this rate this vendor doesn't have do anything for a client to make money. If 1000 customer entered on their website and this happened to them they will gain $990.00 for absolutely nothing. Their name should be changed to Crooks Store.

Charged 1.00,8 different times in a month and 2 49.60 charges. Hard to cancel subscription and wish I never tried this site.

I signed up with this company because I was interested in purchasing a rental property. However, the properties listed were never available, neither were the contact individuals or the phone numbers they listed. Nothing more than a bunch of $#*!ING SCAMMERS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I've called multiple times to cancel. ALL PHONE CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO A BUSY LINE AND THEN IT AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP. NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY BACK TO GET RID OF THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL ONLINE>>>>NEVER AGAIN!

Guys - do not fall for all the fake positive reviews on this page. Think at what you probably googled to get here. It is 100% a scam. If you are here because you got a "NATREALTYSTORECOM 49.60" automatic charge & have no idea where it is from, odds are you were browsing for houses & clicked an ad that appeared to be part of the house hunting website, but it was actually a well placed fishy-type pop-up. You are getting charged for literally nothing worth of value. The wife canceled and said "oh we have to put one more charge through at a prorated amount, but we'll give you a $25 gift card". Confident this place just squeezes money from all until they can't anymore. You have no receipts for these, and hopefully you caught it quick enough.

For weeks I tried to get into this site. I called for instructions, called to complain, then called to cancel. At that point they dropped the price from $49.95 to $9.95 a month, went thru the steps to sign in with me & assured me I would not have anymore problems. I was never able to sign in & they refused to refund any of the money I paid them. In my opinion, this business should be run out of town! Run, don't walk, away from this site! I DO NOT recommend realtystore.com!

JOKE, terrible leads came from here and I was charged for 5 zip codes. Try cancelling on their website but it was down. People on here are correct., DO Not give them your credit card number, They will not refund my money and the customer service supervisor I talked to was a b&%^H.

I fell to being a sucker on this one. I fell for a service that sold itself as a service for $24.95, then they tell you to choose to 10 zip codes for your profile as if it's included. Foolish me ends up getting a bill for one month $249. And got my self a list of referrals from people window shopping for homes that wont be qualifying for a home anytime soon. In summary they referrals sum up as follows:
1. Most never answered their phones or emails, about two thirds of then fell into this category.
2. EVERYONE I did make contact with had subprime credit scores. I did NOT speak to a single prospect with a credit score of 600. With that you will NOT get anyone capable of getting financing so forget a home purchase. At best you may be able to negotiate a rental with some hard work getting a landlord to accept a candidate with a 400 credit score.
3. So if you can find someone actually ready to come up with a deposit for a CHEAP rental, you can score yourself a nice fat commission of a few hundred. Most have little chance. I had a women tell me she wants to buy a place for $30k in Palm Beach County Florida. Then sends me listings she saw for places listed at $200,000 plus.

Signed up as an agent to get so called prequalified leads. Not even close to the truth, They have buyers sign up for a free trial and then when this happens they send you their info. I called and text every one of the ones that were sent. Almost 95% never responded either answering or to the text message. The couple that did, 1 was a complete whack job, another desperate for anyone to listen to sob story needing any type of home begging to have a miracle worked for them. Another said leave them the F. Alone. ETC.
These are not quality leads.
Also the info. On their site is way outdated. Ex. As an agent as well as investor in Foreclosures, I had seen on their site homes that I had personally purchased and sold stating that they were actively in pre foreclosure. One I currently own for almost a year also on here stated as the same.
They also went by a previous name before that I found out was just as bad.
