Do not waste your time doing any business with this company. Their over priced leads are beyond trash. They call every realtor in the country and offer them all the same trash leads they are peddling to you when you get their eventual phone call. If they do solicit you report them to the FTC.
The company is falsely listing properties. They listed a new home that is under construction as foreclosed. This is slander, along with a scam to lure people to pay for their membership
I signed up for a trial knowing I would need to cancel (because of outrageous price). Signed up because they had listings that looked valuable. Went to the website and it was quite subpar and misleading. Went to cancel my trial and they forced me to call them and wait on hold for a long time. Then they gave lots of run arounds and what not and attempts at discounts before eventually cancelling.
Stay away from this company site.
Complete scam artists, they took my credit card info, and after seeing there sight as not worth the money, have been continuously charged 51.10 plus and an additional 2.00 dollars and when I have tried to unsubscribe, they tell me I don't have a subscription and they can't find my information. Next month rolls in and they charge me again, I reach out to get them to stop charging me and they don't even respond to my email! I had to call my credit card company when I was charged again. Awful sight, STAY AWAY!
This company randomly selects thousands of homes to list on their site as "foreclosed", even if the home isn't in foreclosure. This is an unscrupulous way of helping them appear more valuable than they actually are. They have listed one of my rental properties as "foreclosed" when then the property is completely paid off, and free and clear of any debt. When I zoomed in on the image, it turns out to be the image from Google street view (see attached). I'm guessing they're paying staff to use Google street view to randomly select and list houses in each area.
In addition to the information being inaccurate, when you call to unsubscribe they keep trying to discount the membership, first to $19.95 then $9.95. I don't know how low they will discount the service that is worth ZERO. This is the exact same as hudforeclosed.com. Phone numbers different but go to same location. If I could give 1/1000 of a star, I would.
Realty store offered a 14 day trial. I called to cancel my subsrciption. 2 days later I am being charged $199 for my subscription. Called to see why and get a refund because I cancelled two days prior. NO REFUND AVAILABLE. Leads are not qualified in any form. CAUTION TO OTHER REALTORS! I would not even give one star.
Real Estate Agents, Buyers, and Sellers, do not fall for this company's hype. They are scam artists who do not provide Real Estate Agents with proper information. They don't even give us the property's full address. When I tried to cancel my free thirty-day trial, I was transferred four times.
I spent almost an hour on the phone with them asking questions before i would agree to their free trial. While on the phone, I search 4 zip codes near me and saw only homes that were in foreclosure, REO or pre foreclosure. I asked a simple question: "Are these listings given to you from either the Lender, the property owner, or a broker with a listing agreement?" After speaking to several people there, I restated the question to: "Did these come from someone with the authority to sell, meaning if I offer what's posted here, will there be someone to accept the price?" Again, no answer. Why would I, as an agent, want to get buyer's from a site that can't tell me where their listings come from!
I would like to thank the realty store for I received leads and even if I did not continue to subscribe after the free trial I was still able to keep the leads. I was not charged at all I just make sure to call the number provided by my point of contact before the trial ends. They are so transparent and gave me a confirmation receipt. Thank you to the account representative who was always there when I need to change zip codes.
I signed up to get 5 zipcodes with them. They were supposed to give me buyer and seller leads as I am a Realtor. Only one guy called in the month I was with them. When it was time to cancel; realtystore played the run around game. For two hours they kept putting me on hold and transferred me back to the original call prompt 3 times! When I told them I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card; they finally stopped playing and canceled my subscription.
I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $49.60 EVERY MONTH SINCE 2018. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES AND ONLY ONCE REACHED A REAL PERSON. I ASKED THAT THE CHARGES BE STOPPED TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE NOW FILED A FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH CAPITAL ONE. THIS NEEDS TO END NOW! I NOTICED YOU HAVE A VERY UNSATISFACTORY RATING AND I AM NOT SURPRISED.
I was able to cancel before my trial was up, tried to force me to stay with company. The house they sent me to look at and gave me false hope that I Had an opportunity to purchase the house of my dreams. I found out who's the realtor of the home and the house had been sold for 6 months. This website is definitely for scamming purposes only.
I hate leaving bad reviews and hardly do so, but this company is so hard to communicate with.
Waste of time, money and not resourceful. I tired to get my money back when calling to cancel and they had me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to talk me into staying, offering restaurant cards, dry cleaning GC, ect. What a waste of time...
First this site is mostly MLS reruns and the few REO's are not available.
Second and probably most important is they run you thru a gamete of ads before for you get access and then your in box is inundated with SPAM! STAY AWAY!
OH and try and cancel... more junk! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
This place is part of the free trial scam system. I did not even start a free trial. I had no idea they had my card number because they did not have my correct name or email. After much time, I got a refund for 1/2 my charges. They attempted to lower the monthly charge of $49.50(12 months) to ~$9 and I refused. Never use a free trial. The info on this site in incorrect. If you are looking for a house, no doubt that it is already sold. The phone number to call will be incorrect. These people are crooks and need to be stopped. I received no product on this site.
Realtystore.com has been using one of my real estate listings that sold in 2013 to con people into paying for a list of homes that aren't actually available. I get emails and calls on the property all the time and since there's nothing available in Colorado anywhere near that price range anymore, it's a waste of my time. I really don't appreciate them using my listing to rip people off.
Did not come close to the number of leads the said would come. Every home that the few leads viewed had been sold more than a year prior. I was told I was on a trial basis. Cancelled my accounts. They billed me for two months and still fighting to get my money back.
I love the service and will surely recommend this to my friends. Im very thankful to realtystore for helping me to have potential clients and I was able to utilized the 10 zipcodes very well. Now Im with them for 3months already Im so happy
First let me say I did get a refund after being on the phone for an hour and waiting to talk to a supervisor.
I think they believe what they are selling but its just not credible.
I never signed up for this service and I never received an email or any contact from them until I called this morning after seeing the charge on my bank statement.
Just beware of companies outside your realm of influence and read the reviews first.
Answer: I believe they were not up to date.
