I was hesitant about which website/service to use in order to register my pets but after speaking with Alan through a text message conversation that was convenient, quick, friendly, and easy to understand, I was convinced. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process right up until I downloaded my letter. It was an easy process, and I had help through the while way. Derek assisted me and kept me apprised of the situation with my letter and other documents that my landlord asked for me to have filled out by the letter provider. The letters were written by legally qualified mental healthcare providers, were clear and concise. 5/5, would recommend.

Honestly I have had the most amazing experience with the real ESA letter they have been super responsive and have been so kind and helpful. Not going to lie at first I thought it was a scam and I was skeptical but after doing it I would recommend it to absolutely anyone who I know who is looking to have an emotional support animal. Derek fro customer service was so attentive and helpful as well. He went above and beyond to help me.

The order was placed and then cancelled within minutes. There were three seperate call center agents who all confirmed the order was cancelled and would be refunded and stated that an email needed to be sent to confirm cancellation. Once the email was sent, the company stated that I did not qualify for a refund because a therapist had already been assigned. Even when provided with audio recordings of their agents stating that the refund would be issued, they continued to refuse to provide the refund they promised. The issue is now pending with my financial institution to provide a resolution since this company's deceptive business practices are not allowing them to honor the promises made by three of their employees.

They charged a wrong amount which they said they have fixed but without telling me they reentered that amount. I had to spend over a month to get a refund for that amount. They say they will get back to you but never do. You have to reach them out.

Ultimately the letter was deemed fake by my apartment because it had a UPS location as the address. The whole experience was awful.

A reliable and legit source. I received my letter within 3 Business days, it looked great! Derek Marshal provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service! He was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. The website was down while I was trying to view my letter but by the end of the day the issue was fixed - not sure if this is common. I also wish the letters were valid for longer, however, I'm grateful for all of their help and may be a returning customer.

I had purchased the home and travel letter bundle from their site somewhat hastily and within 10 minutes called to cancel after reading that obtaining a real ESA online is usually a scam. The person I talked to, Derek, was nice enough and emailed a cancelation confirmation same day. Well it has been 2 weeks and still the money is not back to my bank account. Don't think it should take that long... If you really need the letter schedule an appointment with a real therapist and pay for a session, they will write you a letter legitimately.

Writing an ESA letter is not a big deal. You just call the service, pay and that's it. The difference appears when you don't have the time, need the letter desperately and all other companies reply, "no way", "it's impossible", "three to five days" when your flight leaves in two days. I found this company that did what it promised: They had the documents ready for my flight within a few hours.
