The order was placed and then cancelled within minutes. There were three seperate call center agents who all confirmed the order was cancelled and would be refunded and stated that an email needed to be sent to confirm cancellation. Once the email was sent, the company stated that I did not qualify for a refund because a therapist had already been assigned. Even when provided with audio recordings of their agents stating that the refund would be issued, they continued to refuse to provide the refund they promised. The issue is now pending with my financial institution to provide a resolution since this company's deceptive business practices are not allowing them to honor the promises made by three of their employees.

They charged a wrong amount which they said they have fixed but without telling me they reentered that amount. I had to spend over a month to get a refund for that amount. They say they will get back to you but never do. You have to reach them out.
Ultimately the letter was deemed fake by my apartment because it had a UPS location as the address. The whole experience was awful.

I had purchased the home and travel letter bundle from their site somewhat hastily and within 10 minutes called to cancel after reading that obtaining a real ESA online is usually a scam. The person I talked to, Derek, was nice enough and emailed a cancelation confirmation same day. Well it has been 2 weeks and still the money is not back to my bank account. Don't think it should take that long... If you really need the letter schedule an appointment with a real therapist and pay for a session, they will write you a letter legitimately.
