Like so many others I ordered, paid, never received the item. Many emails later, including emails where they lied that money had been refunded. Eventually they stopped responding and to this day have never refunded my money.
The first time my order of a little glass vase arrived it was smashed to tiny bits as it was totally inadequately packed. I emailed and they said they would send another one. Well the second package arrived... but there was NOTHING in it! I did email them again but they obviously are a scam and I definitely would never order from them again if they are even a real company. Oh yes and they still have my money
After numerous emails I never received my order or many back after they told me it was shipped again... horrible service
I'm still waiting for my canvas prints it's been 10 months! Asked for my money returned to PayPal! They said they returned it! They lied!

I ordered a 3 panel piece over a month ago and I have not received any shipping information. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a shipping confirmation and they replied stating that my order has been shipped. Yet when I asked for the tracking information I got no response. I wish I would have seen this website before ordering. It would have saved me a lot of hassle. I am currently in the process of trying to cancel my order and receive a refund.
Ordered soldier canvas framed prints. Paid $295. Order received in 2 weeks but on opening it they were elephants. I sent proof photos of wrong delivery and they promised to resend my correct order and in good faith to keep elephants. I offered to pay to return it. 17 emails back and forth with promises it was dispatched, it's on it's way, it will be there next week, apologies for worldwide delivery problems and every other excuse! It's been 8 weeks now and still nothing. I guess it's time to give up hoping. Terrible and shocking! All emails can be made available to substantiate this review.
I place an order in May and I still have not received anything. No phone number to call and submitting emails only gets an automated response. REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER!
I pay 170$ US for a beautifull piece of $#*!. Picture quality very low... It s awful. Shame

Products are of miserable quality. The colors don't appear as advertised, the shipping took over a month and the product was damaged. They've refused to provide me with a return shipping label, essentially trying everything they can NOT to honor my request to return it. This company is very shady and should not be trusted as an honorable vendor. Ready Set Bull$#*! is what the company should rename itself to
Ordered a clock back in March and still haven't received it. No phone number to get a hold of customer service. Just a stupid email that responds with automated messages
It looks like is a company based in Canada. They don't provide tracking so you are just waiting without certainty that will arrive.
Eventually arrived from China very poorly packaged so the canvas were damaged, bent in the middle, had some heavy wrinkles and also they sent the wrong size. I paid for large size and i received a small size.
So then you deal with emails for a solution. The communication is slow and delayed and doesn't provide a solution.
You can clearly see they have no intention to solve the problem.
Save yourselves some inconvenience and stay away from this company,
I have placed an order and am still waiting 3 weeks later... tried to find a contact number, so please if someone can get back to me as soon as would be much appreciated.
I ordered an unframed panel set and have been waiting for 2 weeks for the shipping information to be updated. I emailed and they said they were "having trouble with the tracking number" and would be "updating manually." This made me suspicious but I waited a couple of days as requested. Still nothing. So, I looked up reviews of this site and after reading all this my suspicions are confirmed. I just emailed them and told them I wanted a full refund immediately. If they try and say "it's already shipped" they better be able to provide me detailed shipping information or I will file a claim with the BBB DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
Edit: I received an email stating, basically, "I can't return because it has already shipped." They said hey put me on "high alrert" for tracking, which just sounds made up and stupid. Of course, this still had no shipper or tracking information. I wrote back that it is impossible for them to have an item shipped and not know who with. That makes zero sense. I went ahead and initiated a claim with the BBB. I also contacted Shopify (the company that hosts readysetdecor's online payments) and filed a complaint with them. I let them know about this site and the multiple similar reviews/situations I saw. IMPORTANT: The woman I spoke to at Shopify told me that if you paid with a credit card or PayPal you can file a cancellation with them for the payment and they should be able to reverse your payment to readysetdecor. I'm doing that as well.
UPDATE (6/9/17): So, after several emails back and forth I just today was given a name of a shipping company that my order supposedly shipped with (ePacket). Mind you, this was after TEN emails that I sent where I asked who my product was shipped with. Every response I got they basically just avoided my question and kept giving excuses that they were still "trying to locate my tracking number." I also asked them to cancel my order in several of those emails but they continue to refuse because it was "already shipped" even though they wouldn't provide a shipper name or tracking number. I looked up ePacket and they are a shipper from China. So, from what I gather, this "company" is buying the products from China as the orders come in on their site. This is why it takes them so long to send it to you and why they can't provide you with any information during the process. They are basically a customer waiting for their product to arrive so that they can repackage it or whatever and send it to their customers. This isn't a scam but it is definitely misleading. They don't provide any of this information on their site and they continually lie in their customer service emails about the status of their customers' orders. I still have my cancellation of payment on file with my bank and if I do receive the product I'm going to refuse delivery. And, if they try to charge my credit card after the fact I have proof that I requested a cancellation and that they didn't provide me with the information I provided so that is fraud and I will pursue legal action if possible. Just don't buy from this site. It's a complete hassle. You can find similar products on Amazon and as long as they are being shipped by Amazon you will save yourself a huge headache.
I ordered the 5 piece world map framed $145 in the beginning of March, 2017. I still have not received my product. Ive subsequently sent 10 emails asking about the status of my order, but they've responded with a lousy excuse of " we don't know what happened to your tracking number " and " we will have a supervisor contact you soon" - right! They've sent the same response 3 times. I even asked them point blank, if this was a scam, which was stupid of me of course, because their response was " no we are not a scam" - people don't give this company a penny l!
I placed the order with them two months ago, still nothing! They also won't respond to any of my emails asking about my order.
They sent the incorrect order and it has taken over six months of communication and they keep telling me they sent another one and they updated the shipping details on their website, but there is no update on there website it still has the original shipping date. Emails back and forth. They agreed to give me a refund and then said I should just wait a little longer as there were delays in the orders around the time they sent. What a bunch of lies! Disgraceful company. They also ignore you until you send multiple emails.
If I could give this review a zero, I would. I order several months ago and still have not received anything. Every time I emailed them, they stated the package is with the post office. I called the post office and they stated they never received the package and told me it was in CA. There isn't any contact number that you can call. Im in the process of reporting them to the BBB. Again, don't order from these fools! I wish I read these reviews before ordering.
I ordered the 5 set panel of world map. The quality is definitely sub-par. If I could, I would return, but I am sure that would be such a hassle. Other reviews have stated that they do not offer you a chance or address to return. Very dissatisfied with what I received. People, do your homework before you make a decision to order from this company.
I unintentionally purchased the three piece world map piece without frames. When I requested to return the item one day (meant to purchase the with frame option) after arrival in exchange for a refund, I was informally told "tough luck". I had genuine intentions to become a return customer for this company... not anymore. I recommend everyone think twice before shopping here.
Stay away, total scam. Took my payment, 20 emails later its shipping real soon.
This was a house warming, turned birthday gift now total joke, this is not a real business just an internet order business scam.
