I thought wow, this looks awesome, I ordered one on November 10th, 2016. Still have not received my shipment. They took my money that day. I have sent emails and only received two back, one stating that it was shipped. The second one from a Jessica stating that my order number was an old one and would look into it ASAP with her supervisor. That was over two weeks ago and still not response after numerous email to them. If this is a scam, Facebook needs to remove it from there site.

I see that I'm not the only ones bamboozled by these ppl. I paid for insured and thru my bank. I'm gonna do what any respectable pissed off American would do... report them to my bank then to the BBB and then to the police... Internet fraud is illegal and being that its overseas they should have a field day with them really? So they want to rip ppl off I'm saving this page as evidence... Oh buddy you done got urself into one fine mess... Y'all folks at ready set decor think I'm playing I have a friend that works for the CIA... The international FRAUD dept... I haven't talked to him in so long... > :(

I ordered my wall panels on Dec 7th. The money was IMMEDIATELY taken from my account and that has been the only thing immediate. I have a tracking number but it shows my package is 'ready for shipment' in China... and it has remained that way since 12/12/16. I contacted USPS and the tracking number I gave them isn't insured so they cant help me either. I have sent several emails to the company but have received no response.
Is there someone that we can report them to?! This isn't legal! They are straight up stealing from people!

I ordered from this company on November 15th and they said it was shipped on November 17. I didn't get a tracking # and I still haven't gotten my order either. I wish I would have looked into this more before I order from them. I paid 200.00 to get a frame panel of the soldiers for my son-in-law for Christmas. What a big disappointment this was not to get my order. They're hard to get any information from. I hope I can get my money back. I have learned from this mistake. I hope this will help others out.

Update: I've still never received my order, but I did call my credit card company and got my money back. So for others that have paid money and not gotten your order please call your credit card company and let them know what happened so you might be able to get your money back. It worked for me.

I thought this was legit but, nothing about this process has went well except them taking my money. I ordered on Dec. 6th, this year I received 2 emails basically stating my item has shipped (no shipping confirmation number provided though), shipping takes 4-7 days... But should arrive in 15-25 business days. That's five weeks, and so not worth the wait, if they let people know up front they wouldn't even bother ordering, really who wants to wait 5 plus weeks for a product that's ridiculous. If you can avoid it just keep scrolling and don't order from them

I ordered in early October based off a promotional sale I saw on social media. I wish I had done my research. My money left my bank account immediately, but I received no shipping information for weeks. Finally, 3 weeks after my order I received an email apologizing for a system issue. My order had just been shipped, but the email contained no tracking information. Over a week later I receive a tracking number out of China. Time to wait another month. Over two months later and my order finally arrives. I can't say I expected anything too impressive given the price, but what I received was a set of rolled canvas material as thin as kite fabric rolled and covered in what I can best describe as garbage bags. I was immediately concerned. Upon inspection of my purchase, it looks like someone printed the art without toner. All colors are horribly faded to the point that the black in the print is gray and the "gold" in the print is a clay orange. All gradient between colors is pixelated. The graphics used were obviously not intended for this size of screen printing. Obviously no vector art was used because the resolution is very poor. The lines are distorted. I will not be hanging these as a bare wall is more attractive than this product. Worst of all, the framing cost alone will reach in to the hundreds of dollars unless I play to DIY.

Don't waste your time or money.

This company isn't legit. There isnt a phone number or email address to get in contact with this company if there any questions, concerns, or complaints. Please read what we have had to go through. The quality isn't good. These paintings are worth the wood they used to frame them. The framing job is shoddy. We took it to a frame shop to have them restretched. It will cost $405 to have them done proper properly. We have requested a refund and our bank can't even locate this company. They have changed their name.

I want a total refund. I paid 247.00 for crap. I've got pictures of your pictures you sent me. Staples sticking out all over. Plus a lot more. It needs to be restretched. It's going to cost me $405 for that. I've got the paper work proving it and all the damage. I've tried many times to contact your company and can't get hold of nobody. I want my money back an you can have your pictures back. I'd better hear from this company.

My elephant wall tapestry has just arrived and I immediately went back to the web site and photo's to check on exactly: What had I ordered? It has the same picture as advertised. That is where the similarities end. It is advertised as multi coloured with the material being cotton/polyester. It is more polyester than cotton, it is as thin as a very thin sheet but what disappoints the most are the colours. The ones to stand out the most are black and white. Sure the outside edges have some colour but primarily very light, almost faded colours other than stark black and white. There is no way it could be considered a normal colour or photo difference... the advertising photos have got to be photo shopped. My tapestry looks as though it was the last one to be printed and the vibrancy was gone from the print dyes which brings me to my last point... It looks very obviously like a bad print. There is nothing positive that I can say other than it actually did arrive, which surprised me when I saw that it was infact shipped from China even though the web site is Canadian or American based with prices being in American currency. This is a trick used by the Chinese rip off merchants who trade under the many different names which include, Rosegal, rosewholesale, rosewe, sammydress, gamiss, nastydress, jj's wharehouse to name just a few. It's probably them. I will know soon enough because this revue will disappear as soon as they see it. But that will not stop me, I will continue to post this revue every time i see their advertisement come up on any media sites.
