Customer service was responsive & courteous. Shipping took longer than I wanted, but, it was definitely worth the wait. Purchased the Army picture for my hubby. He LOVED it! Easy to hang & in perfect condition.
Easy to order, great quality artwork with mounting brackets automatically included. Reasonably priced and as beautiful in reality as advertised.

I purchased the framed military soliders for our son for Christmas. We are more than happy with the product. Not only was the website easy to maneuver, the service and follow up was awesome. I submitted a question to customer service, it was answered timely and with all information. We will be ordering other products through this company. Nice to find a company with this sort of integrity.
It looks exactly like the picture! The eye of the Wave looks so really awesome. Best purchase I've made
I received my order, but took about a month to get. It looks as though it did come from China. It had a few rub marks, I did not notice until I hung up. But, not enough
To detract from the over-all look. Not sure the "framing" is worth the money, but as I sit and look at it, I love it and have no regrets buying it. Well, maybe just one? Wish I had purchased the larger size.
Ordered many painting to redo my house and everyone loves the pics. Came on time and great work. Highly recommend.
Ordered some decorations 3 1/2 months ago. Never came. Tried to contact customer service on their website multiple times, tried via facebook messanger, even a scathing comment on facebook gets no response from them. DO NOT buy from them. It is a scam and you'll just be wasting your money.
'DO NOT BUY ANY PICTURES' TOTAL SCAN, CANVESSES LOOK LIKE MY 6 YEAR OLD DID IT. TOTAL LOSS... I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTO, YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYES.
Took months to arrive and looks terrible (nothing like the product photo) no response from them when trying to organise a refund. Not even 1 star
Please know that all of these bad reviews are so true... do not buy been waiting 30 days no tracking, no response, and my money is gone from my account. Believe the reviews. Save yourself learn from my mistake
The elephant hanging arrived the other day and its aboutsloutely lovely. Friend will love it as she loves things of elephants.
Ordered in mid December, no contact since then despite repeated emails. NO phone support with orders, no contact to the company other than their "support" email address. I am now at 7 weeks from order date. And can not get any response, nor tracking info. This is a scam website. - Buyer Beware.
I just wanted to let you know of how thrilled I am with my alien head lamp. It arrived, was well packaged and works like a charm. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.
I ordered in November and never got my order and they refuse to give me a refund! Do not order from them!
One star about says it all. They have a good marketing strategy and nice website, sold me. It doesn't tell you it's coming from China though, and with that knowledge yoi probably know where thus is heading... waayyy over priced when all is said and done. Takes a month + to arrive. They never provide a tracking number (even though they say they will), you can't cancel your order (after it hasn't arrived for weeks you begin to regret the purchase). The quality is... well... Chinese... again, over priced for what you get.
Don't get douped, stay away from this one.
As others have noted, they took my payment ($146) and have not even responded to my emails asking where my package is. It's been TWO MONTHS. Reporting them to BBB and filing a claim with my bank.
They took my payment on 11/25/16 and 7 weeks later I have not received my order, have not even received a tracking number, no response to my emails requesting an update and no other way to contact them. This site seems like a scam! The only reason they are getting one star is because there is no option to give a zero or negative star rating.
Do you love spending money and not receiving any of the items you purchased? Then this is a great site for you! *insert eye roll here* I placed my order mid-November through Paypal (thank goodness). I had to ask twice over the next 3 weeks to even get a tracking number. Communication was few and far between, with only an email (no phone number listed). Found out it was shipping from CHINA instead of where the company says it's based (Vancover). And as of today, it is still sitting in China. I've disputed it on Paypal and would advise anyone looking to purchase from this site NOT TO.
