The website incorrectly labeled the sizes and so I received the wrong size canvas panels. They claimed the website said something different (they had since edited their website so it now said size small or large instead of size 1 or 2) and so refused to refund. Package is sent from China so unable to ship back for refund and they refused to give me a refund address in English.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They are a complete scam! I received a messed up print out and they refuse to refund me or a new print.

Do not order from this company. I received the world map paintings but they are more like posters. The website says they are made in the US but the shipment came from China. They do not offer refunds. The quality is unacceptable. It was $80 and I don't know what to do what the item as no one wants it. Just don't do it.

Bought 2 items. Only sent 1. Poor communication. Told me to dispute through paypal. So i did and won. Got my money back. Dont buy from these idiots.

Bought canvas Aug 16 arrived Jan 17 damaged, reported and promised a replace, 17 emails of getting fobbbed off, last email ( Mar 17) was told that my damaged goods did not meet their requirements (WTF) does that mean, company is run by monkeys
Please do not buy from these Apes, you might as well through your money down the toilet

I finally recieved new maps, at no charge. The whole process took 25 days. I had posted at complaint on their Facebook site when some one finally approved replacing the maps.

I placed an order on Nov 3/2016 and as today March 07/2017, I still have not received anything and have got nothing on where my order is. VERY poor. I would tell everyone not to order from them

I received my panels and the framing was not acceptable - you could see the frames right through. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. They immediately sent me another set at no cost. The new set was perfect and beautiful! I love my canvas!

I ordered a canvas for my husband as a gift in October 2016 by December it still had not arrived. I emailed the company & they stated they were behind on orders. To this day we still have never received the order. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered Product in Nov 3rd, received end of Dec. Product damaged and not assembled correctly. Emailed them and got a response and was assured that a replacement was on its way. Well 3 emails later it is March and i still do not have the product. They are trying to tell me it is stuck in customs. Nothing takes that long...

I ordered the wolves panels. When received they were beautiful but I didn't have them framed. Big mistake on my part. So reordered this time wolves and military both framed. Am waiting for them to arrive and I can't wait. Very happy with help I have received. They are really quality products.

My brother gave a speech at my wedding about my wife and I adventuring into the unknown together in our marriage, and made reference to the old world maps that had squid and sea monsters on them and would mark uncharted territory with things like "here be dragons," and the brave seafarers that ventured the waters anyway. It was a beautiful speech and the map is equally as beautiful, and has all the cool sea monsters.

I purchased because of the low price for such an amazing looking and great quality product. But beyond that, I thought there was a flaw in my order, but customer service quickly helped me and I realized I was at fault. At the same time, they were ready to assist nevertheless. I ordered the military silhouette and unfortunately it came with one part broken. I contacted and they corrected the problem immediately. Will order from again!

Ordered canvas panel map. Took ages to arrive, still haven't received a tapestry I ordered at the same time, 2 months ago. The pics look like they should have cost $5 not over $200 which we paid. I requested a refund based on being misled to think they would be much better quality. Denied. Feel totally scammed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a canvas on Nov. 29TH And have received NOTHING! Customer service will not respond to any method of communication DESPITE having 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on their website. Brutal.
