We ordered bedroom furniture on July 6 of 2022 from the Exton Store. We were told it would be delivered on August 26 2022. In August we were told it would be September. On September 20,2022 I walked into the Exton store only to be told our furniture may be delivered in October. I told the salesperson I need by furniture delivered by September or I want my money back. On the way home I received a call from a manager and he stated we could have everything but the mirror delivered. We agreed it would be delivered today Friday September 30. I moved all of the furniture downstairs to be ready for delivery and my wife and I both took the day off from work!. At 11AM I called the store only to be told the manager must have made a mistake our furniture will not be delivered. I received my $6000. 00 return and will never shop at Raymore and Flanigan again. And by the way the manager on Friday morning seemed amused by our entire experience!

I purchased a nedroom set back in 11/21 ($5,000 on my debit card) it was delivered. However, it did not include all the pieces. I've spoke with Sr Management who assured me it would be there by April. It's now September 30th and I still don't have all my pieces. I called the AG's office this morning. I will be filing a complaint. If you don't have all the pieces why are you advertising as if you do? R&F will never get another dime from me! The quality of their furniture is anothet story. TERRIBLE!
We went to Raymour & Flanigan to shop for a recliner! There were so many recliners to choose from and all of excellent quality. Our salesman, Daniel Kofchock was such a huge help! He explained everything well and we felt so comfortable buying our recliner from Raymour & Flanigan. In the past we have had terrible experiences with buying furniture. We are 100% confident that our recliner is going to be what we expect high quality to be. Dealing with Daniel was such a wonderful experience and so much fun too! We felt like we were talking to an old friend. I highly recommend buying your next piece of furniture or ALL of your furniture needs at Raymour & Flanigan. We shopped at the one in Reading PA. I have been looking for a recliner where I don't have to use ANOTHER chair for my feet, this King Power chair is exactly what the Dr ordered! I can actually fit my whole leg on the chair and not have them dangle down!

I ordered a new sofa in January 2022. I was told to expect delivery in 14 weeks. Well, now it is August 2022 and still no word out of Raymour and Flanigan. Please do not purchase anything there! A chair we order in June from their competitor arrived August 2.

I called Raymour and flannigan prior to moving into my new apartment, I spoke to what I thought were helpful associates only to find out they lied to me. The cost of the furniture with delivery was 3000 and I am a law student that was on a budget. I was told that in order to hold the pieces and keep the price I needed to pay the total in full and I could not do lay away. Believing them I put the entire purchase on my card and slowly paid it off, I called and gave my delivery date and thought everything was fine. I called a couple times because I have anxiety especially ordering something so far out, that is one thing though, I was always upfront about when I needed the furniture, and they always said no problem. Now two days before I move in I call to confirm the delivery date and they tell me that some of the order is on back order…. For another month and a half. I have already placed a complaint with the better business bureau for the lack of honesty.
I purchased a sectional in may of 2021 that i finally received in august of 2021. Since then ive had 2 service calls. One because the seat stuffing was bunching up and now because the control panel between the recliners was going bad. I think twice in less that the first year of owning something that i paid over $4k for is ridiculous! I can only imagine what is going to happen when the service plan expires! NEVER AGAIN!
As a former employee, I was in disbelief when I had to repair furniture that either had a broken frame, fabric issues, spring and stitching defects to customers as new. Of course it always looks great since what customer is going to remove the backing of a sofa or chair to really know if it was repaired. They are very dishonest and not to be trusted. Sure they do have pieces that aren't damaged, but how about those customers that paid the same price but recieved a repaired piece of furniture. I mean their prices are ridiculously expensive and it's no better than ur no brand furniture. It all comes from China and by the little foot prints on the boxes it does make u think what is the deal with that? This is not a disgruntled ex- employee not at all. It just not right especially for the amount of profit they make. Its insane. Idk, but I should have wrote the 2yrs ago when I left the company. All I'm saying just be careful ur hard earned money deserves respect. By the looks of it they have quite a bit of pretty nasty reviews.

I was woken up on a Saturday morning at 7:45 AM by their delivery drivers. The only problem is I never ordered anything from this company. The driver went back out to double check and found out the address was the building next to me, but didn't have the common human decency to come back to apologize for disrupting me on my day off from a long hard week of my work.
Not wanting to let this stand I got dressed and went outside to find out what happened and instruct these people on how they should have come back to let me know it was a mistake and APOLOGIZE and all I got from the lead driver was "get out of my space, he doesn't have to do anything."
Calling customer service was no help either.
It seems this is a privately (family) held company so they don't have a need or desire to look at complaints like these or any others on this website. They will just keep all the money they have already made and then enjoy their lives even after the business, one day, is no more.
But at least there is one more customer who knows I never have, nor will I ever, do business with Raymour & Flanigan. (And add Bob's Discount Furniture to that list as well while you're at it.)
Bought a sofa valued over $5000. Upon first delivery two of the five pieces were broken. Waited ten days for new pieces. These seemed ok. There is a motorized lounge chair on the end. That worked and delivery people rushed on to the next stop. First time we sat in it and reclined the whole thing fell apart. There are digs in my floor from the bottom of the sofa. All the screws came apart. Rob, Sara and the gang at Dewitt NY store were rude and uncaring. Told me to set up a service appointment (they'd give me the number to call). My husband asked to speak with Rob to get an explanation and he refused. Said his decision wouldn't change. Then they tried to say we refused service and are sticking us with the sofa that has many many issues. They do not care about the service end. They only care about the sale. Go to dunk and bright or stickley.
Purchased dinette set, livingroom set, one bed set plus extra bed frame on 4/14/22. Was told by our salesman, Venice, that everything was in stock and would be delivered except the extra bed. Received dinette set & living room set, but not bed set. That was delivered separately 2 weeks later, without the bed frame! Was then told we would get delivery of 1 bed frame on 5/20/22. That did not happen! When reaching out to upper management, still haven't received call back. The store manager Mike is acting as go between when I was promised a call back from upper mgmt within 48 hours. That was on the 19th of May. Today is May 26th! Buyer beware! You'll get told 1 thing about your order, but it will just be false information with no resolution!

Read the fine print on materials, and their 'no return, no refund policy! Needed a 'leather' chair to match my real 'leather' sofa which is still perfect after 20 years! I thought i that had found it. I ordered the chair and paid up front the $700 plus delivery. Supposedly brand new, and it came with the chair stitching already separating. I called back within the hour that it was delivered. I was questioned about it, and told that I could have a 'repair' person sent to me!
I refused to be left with a 'repaired' brand new $700 chair! Then I was told I could have it swapped. Between receiving a chair in need of repair, I further found that the the $700 chair had 'Plastic' legs! Not even wood! As well as the chair material being mostly vinyl, and very little real leather! But, still priced like a real leather chair! I was told when I asked for a full refund because of the ridiculousness of the whole story, I was told of their No Refund Policy! Even on top of it all! I still wanted to talk to the store manager, but was told that my message would be left, and I would receive a call back. I also told them that I do not want any replacement either! I never received a return call, and by the following monday, they sent a crew to 'swap' out the chair! I sent them back with both chairs, and still i never heard from anyone!
Overpriced cheap furniture!

I bought four bookcases for over $2000 in October 2021 and was told that they would be delivered in three weeks, which end up being over four months. Then, the bookcases came with wrong-sized shelves and two shelves for each bookcase should have been built in. Delivery team was supposed to set up the bookcases for me but said they "do not do that". I called and emailed so many times and two technicians were sent to my house but they even did not get the issue correct. I called and emailed again and again and was told that they would only compensate me for $275 dollars leaving me with bookcases missing two shelves each. They also blamed me for securing them together-- I have a young child; my child could have died from it if I did not do that. It has been over half a year and this is what I get. I am beyond furious and had asked them to take the bookcases away and refund me! But I have paid hundreds of dollars for a third party to secure the bookcases and bookcase extensions from another company. And I tipped the delivery team $40 dollars!
This co. Has terrible customer service called to inquire about my furniture, the lady talk d own to me would not put a supervisor on the phone. Very disappointed that I spent over 4 thousand dollars to get treated like this every time I called
I ordered my chest and drawers on the 28th and it was there the next morning Man that was fast put it together and it looks great
Kipling Chenille Sofa-Buyer beware - this couch is junk. Less then 3 months after receiving my delivery the cushions started coming apart at the piping/seams. I called they sent new covers and the same thing happened. Then the chase cover did it and they have been out 3 times with the wrong replacement covers. Good thing is now I have several sets to replace the continuing issue on the other cushions. We paid almost 4,000.00 and am so disappointed with the quality and that customer service can't to the fix correctly.
I would give a negative score considering no one showed up for the appointment. This is the 3rd time I had to miss work for the same service appointment and nothing is fixed yet. Does Raymour reimburse me for my inconvenience? Very unprofessional and I would not recommend Raymour service to anyone!
We purchased sofa, loveseat, 3 table package back in June 2021 from Taft Furniture. Paid in full at time of purchase. Was told delivery would be 3 weeks. Due to supply chain issues, sofa and loveseat weren't delivered until August 28th 2021 and tables were back ordered again. After several calls over the next few months, were were told delivery would be by the end of January 2022. Feb 1st came along and I called and was informed Raymour and Flanigan was dumb enough to purchase Taft Furniture. We were also informed tables would be delivered within 60 days of taking over, but R&F needed proof that we purchased the tables! Had to actually send R&F a copy of the receipt to prove I paid for tables 6 months prior that haven't been delivered yet! After proving we weren't lying to the most unpleasant R&F representative, we were informed the tables would be delivered within 3 weeks. Tables were delivered two weeks later, but with scratches. Called R&F and was told "WE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT, BUT IT WILL COST YOU $125.00! I asked if she was kidding, but she said that was their policy! So, R&F's policy is that they can deliver you damaged furniture and expect you to pay to have it fixed! We went to the store in Saratoga Springs and they told us the same thing! Not sure who to take this to, but wanted to warn the public that RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND WILL BLAME THE MANUFACTURER FOR ANY DEFECT AND NOT REPAIR WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
UPDATE: 2/20/22- I asked if I understood correctly, that even though Raymour and Flanigan delivered our furniture and it was scratched, they would not repair it because we had purchased it before they bought out Taft Furniture. I got this response from R&F "management":
"That is correct, If you wanted a service through R&F it would be $125.00 to go out. Unfortunately Raymour did not acquire TAFT's services so we cannot put in a service unless you wanted to pay the $125.00 fee. If you don't want to pay the $125.00 fee, you can reach out to the manufacturer and let them know what happened as you still have the 1yr manufacture warranty through them. I do apologize about the inconvenience this has caused."
