I registered as a test and the day after I did login by facebook to test.
I had been charged automatically without my interest. But that wasn't the only problem, they charged me twice for having made two ways login (both with the same email).
Even aware that it was the same person, same email and same company, after I contact them asking about that they kept the value.
It's waste of money and completely useless
I am a user of many software tools and I can tell you this have been the worst. I often try 3 or 4 tools on the free trial and go for the best. In this case, I saw a payment being processed and immediately asked for a refund as I had no intention of continuing or using the software. I often do this and I think it's the measure of a company in how they deal with this. I literally replied to the billing email. They refused to reverse the charge, needless to say, I will not be using them. Needless to say they are not the best anyway, but it would have been nice to point out watch features were acceptable. I would avoid this company.

I heard good things about this website, I tried it and it didn't work, so I decided to cancel my account before I was billed, I was sent a confoirmation email that I would not be billed and they were sorry to see me leave. I was at peace of mind, a few days ago I got billed. I called their customer service which is never available! I desided to give email them about a complaint and how I wanted a refund, they told me they don't offer refunds and I wouldn't get my money back so I sent them evidence that they told me that they cancelled my account. They completely ignored me and didn't reply. I absolutely hate this site, I would never trust them. Their help was meaningful so I left and their support is awful so in honesty I don't really care I would give it 0 stars but that's not available, a simple reply and apology would have been nice rather than lying to me then taking my money. Hate it!
