I'm not a very tech savvy guy but rankingcoach work for me and is pretty straightforward to use. My rankings are pretty good at the moment so I'm happy. I told my sister-in-law about it and now she uses it too.

In the beginning I was a bit overwhelmed. Totally new to me.
But once you spend more time, you realise it's not that complicated.
Besides that, really good customer care.
Of course, there are some things that I found hard to understand or small bugs here and there, but they got fixed quite fast. Not bad!

Thy guys, great work. Helped us a lot getting our Wordpress Site more visible and handle reviews. Also we liked the competitor part which gave us good Info about Keywords we didn't pay attention to before.

I think most people were not aware of their yearly contract when they sign up for the service. Do not use their service pass trail period because there is nothing more than a little very basic SEO stuff. I unfortunately not only went pass the trail but foolishly upgrade to their "360" tier "service" where basically sync your business information to other local directories(around 7,8 of them), and you have to go to each of those directories to register by hand. How ridiculous this is? Not only that, my "Tasks" just reset for no reason, for 3 times... and the sync button never worked.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Making an enquiry on your website and then cancelling it the same day - and yet one month later they send me an invoice - This is real cowboy behaviour

I don't know why all these negative reviews. I love the way you type in your website, and from there it takes you on a journey I would never have been able to do on my own even after studying SEO by reading a lot online. Ranking Coach tells you the exact state of your website optimization and exactly what you need to do step by step to improve it. It brings up your competitors websites and you select your top 5 competitors from your area etc. It checks their links and keywords and I think it's brilliant! They are not always there to chat but if you put your questions to them they email you back and fall over themselves to help! So far I love it and I think it is personalized and invaluable. Let me use it for a few months and I'll let you know if they deserve more or less stars. Don't be put off. Try it for yourself in the free trial. If you want to cancel, just do so before the end of the trial, just like any other free trial in the world. I'm sure they are not a ripoff.

BEWARE! I signed up for what they said was a free trial and now I am gettting billed with threats of interest being added! Very misleading! Stay away!

None of the areas in their program suite lives up to what is claimed. It's non-stop wait and when you finally get a new page it's full of errors. WORST thing is they claim you signed up for 12 months when it's not the case. When you provide proof of site elements not working they only have excuses and when you want to cancel because they don't deliver what they charge for you find your self stuck with a vendor that would rather spend his time arguing with you and hold you in to long contracts instead of dealing with their non-working program. STAY AWAY - You are warned!

Rankingcoach has taken £1500 from me due to long contractual periods. The service does not work very well with reports not showing data correctly, emails sent to clients will come from a German URL confusing your clients. The information shown such as local SEO is easily disproved and they will sound like they care but do nothing. I am still paying them about £100 every month and I don't want the service. Please avoid at all cost.

Do not join for the 14 day trial, they get your credit card and its misleading when you clinic onto an upgrade it automatically takes your money and locks you into a 12 month contract that you cant get out of! Absolute scam!

I used RankingCoach's services for about a year, and was satisfied with it (Besides their slow service and no call center) - up until I noticed that they continued to bill me AFTER I CANCELLED THE SERVICE! For many months after I cancelled my subscription, they continued to bill my account for many months ahead! I am now looking at some other peoples' reviews and it seems to be that I'm not the only one who's had this problem. It would be a very bad idea to give this company your credit card information. Consumers, you've been warned!

On 11/6/2017, I received an email that says "Please click the below link to validate your registration", and a button to press. I press the button nothing happened, thus my registration wasn't completed, so I thought since I wasn't able to complete the registration process, so I am not bind to any agreement, no registration = trial didn't actually started, right?!. I was NOT able to use your service during this supposedly a trial period, I only logged in 1st day, and never again till... on 11/23/2017, I see a charge of $29.95 on my paypal, so the first time since 11/6/2017, I log on to the website, and I also click on the link again in the email I received on 11/6, and the link works, it says now my registration is complete. If my trial started and I wasn't able to use any of the service, I don't see how I was offered a 14 days trial period, and I have to pay for the service which I wasn't able to use during trial period, expensive and I don't want to deal with, the charge without the so-call trial period really got a bad taste in my mouth... I requested for refund, they say I didn't cancel within 14 days... so rejected my request. Bad accounting practice in my opinion. Especially they can clearly see that I didn't even log in again and use their service after 1st day.

I had Ranckingcoach for a view month's. I cancelled this but after a couple of month' s I discovered that every month they drawing money from my bank account. Total amount around in total 300,-. When I contacted them we discovered that their was an extra account on my name and that account was not cancelled. They were not very forgiving about that and they only commend that it was all in according the rules. Apparently it is very easy to make another account with the same name and same site you want to upgrade. That alone is strange and not logic. Nobody have the need to have two accounts for one internet site. So very bad!

I had a similar experience. I signed up for a trial period but have been billed. I found the site to be a waste of time. Just another scam, have emailed them and waiting to hear back.
