Me ha encantado la herramienta, ahora comprendo más de que se trata el SEO y porque es tan importante hacerlo= Ahora soy visible!
They charged me almost 30 euros after trial. They did not warn me, just charged this money into my credit card throw PayPal so I couldnt return this charge.
Tras el periodo de prueba no avisan y te cargan una mensualidad completa, así que si decides probar ten cuidado. Para empezar el periodo de prueba tendrás que autorizar el pago mediante tarjeta de crédito o Paypal y aunque en ese momento no te carguen la mensualidad, al dar ese consentimiento cuando finaliza el periodo de prueba ya tienen la autorización para cargarte la mensualidad completa sin previo aviso y luego PayPal no te devolverá el dinero escudándose en que tu autorizaste el pago...

En general, la herramienta esta muy bien. Cuando algo me ha molestado, contacto a los chicos de soporte y tienen como horario de oficina así que no siempre contestan ahí mismo pero contestan!

Absolutely awful customer support
Absolutely awful customer support. I have requested my account be cancelled because I have had 4 months worth of technical issues that have prevented me from fully using the service they advertised and they tell me they will get back to me in 2 days... I've been waiting over a month and they won't respond to my follow ups.
Every time I'm given an ETA on an issue I have to then chase it up multiple times and wait multiple weeks for a response, update or fix.
It has got to the point where I don't trust their service and they are not providing what they advertise and have just kept me waiting so they can continue billing me for a service that has not been working properly.
Absolute worst company to deal with. Do not use

I started trying rankingCoach to see if I could really manage to do the optimization by myself and It was super easy as they have videos for each and every task you need to do. Awesome!
RankingCoach me ha ayudado mucho ha mejorar mi presencia online. Ahora entiendo porque es tan importante tener la misma información en la red como física.
