Sadly, I didn't check reviews before providing my business credit card. Being overcharged for a tool that I rarely use because others are better, is a huge regret. As I see review responses from their customer service on this platform, I hope to cancel without difficulty. Being charged $480 (trial?) on 12/20/22, then another $75 ten days later on 12/30/22, followed by being charged $75 TWICE in January on 1/12, and 1/23, and again on 2/6/23 totals $855 in 7 weeks! That's an average cost of $122 weekly for a $75 monthly service. Even at $75, the price is far above what a reasonable fee should be. Maybe I am gullible to think that an expensive service will deliver great results. It isn't the case.

They have the options to compare with the competitors. Worth to try. If you want to see what your competitors are running ads, you can try.

On the 18th of May I started the trial period on the rankingcoach website.

They asked to introduce a means of payment that would be discounted €1 for the authorization and that the subscription paid would never be discounted. The same would only be deducted at the end of the trial period if it was not canceled and that they would send an email to notify.

What actually happened was that as soon as they had access to the means of payment (on the 18th of May) not only €1 was deducted but also the annual subscription value of €442.80, without having given any type of authorization.

All this is misleading and Ranking Coach are not helpful, as their team never works on anything at all. They are clever at giving deceitful replies with no intention to do as advertised. Passed from agent to agent over months of wasted time this. Breaks Trading Standards. My advice is avoid them all together as will cause loss of money and time and a lot of distress along the way.My bank are pursuing them over a dispute so I may have my money back.

I signed up for the free trial with ranking coach and cancelled it with a an hour of registering. That in itself was a very long winded process with page after page trying to get me not to cancel. When I eventually got to the 'final' bit it wouldn't let me take my details off their site. A week later they took a £1 and somehow became a subscription on my paypal account. Not cool as I wasn't told any money would be paid to them after I hit the final cancel button. Bearing in mind I cancelled within an hour and they still set up the subscription, I feel their sign up to a free trial is a complete scam. I can't comment on whether they do anything for rankings as I didn't go that far thankfully. I've cancelled the subscription through my paypal account as that was the only way I could be sure they won't be able to bill me again.

Im positive to believe the high ranking in this site is fake. My experience with their page and customer service was really horrible. The first tasks are easy but they start getting difficult if you don´t have a webmaster background. I asked for help and scheduled a videocall with their support staff and got stood up by * from customer service and she never followed up on the phone call. She kept denying the fact that she didn´t show up and even tried to blame on me that I didn´t keep calling and sending emails requesting for help! Then when I tried to cancel within the first month, they said it was too late since you had to cancel way in advance for the cancellation to be processed and here goes another month fee against my will. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY!

After a number of messages asking for a refund to an account I didn't want to go further with the company took full payment, they said they would refund but still haven't done so. Going forward they canceled the account but still took more money from my account again. Each time I reach out they dismiss me, it seems that there is no fluent commutations within the team. It's causing me a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional and not officiant.
