Great variety of parts for the International line to compared to some of the other shops that really only cater to Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner

Put my order in and it told me a estimated delivery date but never showed up on that date I put a order in with Iowa 80 the day after the order with Raneys and my Iowa 80 order showed up like a week earlier than raneys plus Iowa 80 sent a free catalog and shirt raneys sent nothing and took a lot longer to get my order

Why 3 Stars:
My first order came directly from Tera, who makes the pump. They slapped a label on the merchandising box and shipped it. WTF. It came broken. Why Tera would send a product not double boxed is just bad, lazy business.
I filed a damage complaint with Raney's, and they made it right. Raney's double boxed the pump and sent it. I received the second pump undamaged.
Why the first pump was send by Tera and Raney's the second time is questionable and thus 3 Stars.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
