I bought a grill that my husband asked for as a birthday gift. I hope he likes it (he best love it...he picked it). I called and spoke with the most friendliest customer service rep ever. I wish this site was for teachers because I know I'd always be satisfied.

A little disappointed that one of the items ordered did not fit my application. I ordered floor liners and window vent shades for two different trucks. One Freightliner and one Kenworth, the Kenworth vent shades that where sent didn't fit our vehicle. Also a little disappointed that in order to return the item I have to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Where at AMOZON returning an item is free shipping.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
