The wheel arrived damaged and missing hub kit(which is included on this wheel). The initial shipment took nine days. This seems a little long. When the wheel arrived it was scratched and the leather was worn and wrinkled. Raneys shipped a new wheel out, but because of complications with manufacturer and UPS the wheel was delayed another week. Alantra in customer service was the saving grace for Raneys for me. She was very polite and professional.
Friendly and easy to use
I purchased 2 mirrors from Raneys. Mirrors were defective, I rated them poorly in my review. Raneys called me and we discussed the problems with the mirrors. They immediately went to work to solve the problem. They refunded the money. The people at Raneys are excellent! This is why I shop at Raneys!
