The peterbilt vent covers were the wrong size. They should have been for a 389. The ones I received did not fit but I open the package an dont have time to send it back because Im a trucker.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
