If UPS would have made certain that whoever accepted my original shipment was authorized or even affiliated with me, everything would have been received in a timely manner, or made it to me at all. But Raneys made good on the discrepancy and from what I'm told, my replacement shipment was handed off to the proper person, because it is at my home waiting for my return so that I can finally enjoy my birthday present to myself, although almost a month later. Again, it wasn't Raneys fault, but a UPS fail.
I will be doing business with Raneys solely for my chrome and accessories in the future.

When it comes to looking for Mack chrome accessories it's hard to find what you're looking for. I should be able to just put in accessories and have pages of stuff come up to view. The scuff panels were ridiculously hard to find.
