Customer service very Proffessional and polite ordered the wrong part the woman on the phone was very nice and respectful walked out to the Warehouse to see if my order was shipped. It hadn't shipped yet so she went ahead and changed it for me and sent me an email that she changed it.Would definitely order from Raney again very satisfied
I was shipped someone else's order. I called it in and let Raneys know. They sent me a call tag for UPS so I could send the order back. Unfortunately I think they didn't ship out the correct order when I called it in. Instead they waited until they received the original incorrect order back. Hence It took 3 weeks to receive my order.
