I have a list of rebates I should have received, but didn't. It's a good idea and incentives on places you already shop. Disappointed on having to email each rebate I didn't receive, when the company already has the information and can look it up by account.

I was able to purchase a nice RFID blocking wallet using a credit I received from Rakuten. It really is a well-made, nice-looking wallet. As long as it does indeed block the RFID signals, I will be very happy.

I was sent an incorrect size of shoes. Different than what I ordered. And I had to pay 16 dollars to return. So I had to pay for the sellers mistake.

When looking for the best products with valid coupon without any hassle, its hands down the best Site to shop on and with. Plus Cash back bonus. Rakuten is Phenomenal simple as that, it will please you in one way shape or form.

Rakuten is my first place to go when I'm looking to shop online and in store. They have coupons and cash back opportunities and endless store options. I made multiple purchases at GroupOn and ended up with money in the bank.

Still new to the app. So far I love it! Made a few purchases on things I always buy anyway & received a check, now I'm hooked. Thank you Rakuten :)

So you do get some % amount back, but often the rebate is for only certain items. Also the ads are misleading, suggesting you can receive hundreds of dollars, when in fact you would have to spend a vast amount to reach that level or buy a large item (assuming that large purchase was eligible). For me it turned out it wasn't worth it.

I've tried this several times and I can't tell if I am ordering through Raritan. I have ordered and never received any discount, credit or anything. There is no one to speak with.

Online services were great. However I received check to redeem savings and am unable to cash. Is there a way deposit directly into my account?

I'm happy about the cash back. Not 100% satisfied because not all transactions qualify for cash back

My 60" TV was delivered, and as the box appeared completely undamaged, I didn't realize the screen was cracked until we were about to hang it on the wall. It must have been dropped, not crushed. Rakuten was very good about getting it picked up and replaced as soon as could be arranged.

Not able to use, not user friendly at all. I want to do my regular shopping without going through 3 or 4 different things to get to the site I normally go to with one click.

Would give it a 0 made several purchases through the site and my account was not credited toward those purchases

Really like rakuten, I think its a VERY good way to save/make money. I Will use the heck out of IT. I am going to tell all my family and friends about it!

This is a very user friendly app. Uncomplicated and rewarding, literally. So, what is not to love?
I am going to shop online anyways so it is the best to receive something back.

The app is very simple to use and has a link to every store you would ever shop. Rakuten makes shopping online easy because every store is in one place, even store you might not think about.

Pretty easy to search through and did get a small percentage rebate. Would like to see higher % cash back rebates for a wider swath of companies, though.

Got my refund quick. They offer a lot of stores to shop. My shopping experience was great. Also make sure you let everyone know that you get a $10 bonus.
