I do a good amount of shopping on Amazon and didn't realize until after I placed an order that only certain big ticket items count. I don't do that and other online ordering I do is not part of your site, so service is of no use to me.
So far color me impressed. I have had a great experience especially with built in browser support. The ability to shop my favorite sites and be notified of savings is great.
This site is really clever, they lure the customer by high rewards and referral program and after you genuinely sign up and purchase, they close account saying that you have violated our terms. When I asked the reason behind that they mention that i have duplicate accounts and the same person is managing other accounts. Now they are not providing visible proof that can prove it. By such way anyone can judge and write in email that you have violated terms.Is it professional? Is it customer centric?
Example: They are so idiot that referring friends and family is provided then someone from my family (member) purchases after referred by me so definitely, his/her address could be same of mine, which they found violation as in their record address is found same.Are you people dumb?
By reading positive review you will find useful and signed up but later on you will have real test of this site. Just avoid!
Glad I joined Rakuten. You can keep track of your shopping trips and pending cash back. The cash back feels like a bonus award.
They always do well if customer service is needed. The super points is a pretty good deal. I haven't used rakuten much before, but lately I've been shopping there more. If you factor in the super points, the prices aren't so bad.

I made a purchase using Rakeuten. I don't remember what I bought because it was 2 months ago, but I do remember using the website. It was enjoyable. I will do it again some day.

Anyone should be happy to receive money back. I'm always happy when I order something through Rakutin and receive money back even if it's only 30 cents.
I don't really use it because I don't really shop at the stores on the list. It takes a long time to get even $5.00. And it expires with in a month of earning it... it's just weird... and kind of like having a second job.

Thought I would have to jump through hoops, but it is quite easy. Even recieved my first check. I am using frequently. Just wish I knew where the machine that gives money for saying the name correctly was... lol
