The best site to buy premium brand products. Very honest regarding the payments and refunds. Fast shipping with good packing. Good communication via email. But one suggestion to u is that remove the universal size clothes.

I order two pair of sneaker for me and my husband and they were true to they shipping policy but i only would like for they customer service to be more reliable because i didnt get anyone by calling numerous of time.
Hello Pauline, we are sorry you didn't manage to get in touch with us. Unfortunately if the customer service attendant is already talking with another customer, you don't manage to talk. You have to do many tries. The customer service hours are: 09am-1pm/ 2pm-6pm (Roma Time) for the European numbers 9am to 6pm (Eastern Standard Time) for the US number. You can also write an email or contact us through the live chat. We always provide an answer to customers' queries.
The level of service I have received from this site has been good on two occasions, quicjk shipping, obviously authentic goods and good communication.
My last encounter today - was excellent as the customer service operator (online Chat) Dawn was super quick, efficient and knowledgable. I haven't had any issues on this site using credit card or paypal so buyers rest assured.
Make sure to use paypal, at least there is some one other than Raffaello Network to protect you if you have any question. I try to call the US customer service but always got the voice massage recording, it was so frustrated.
Hello Julie, we are sorry for the unsatisfying experience. Unfortunately your call can be missed if the US customer service attendant is already talking with another customer. We receive many calls, if you don't manage to get in touch with us you have to try again later. We always give an answer to customer's queries. If you write an email, the average answer delay is 24 hours (it is less most of the times). You also have the possibility to connect on our live chat and make your query there. Anyway Paypal is always a good payment method, it protects both seller and buyers.

They're quick to take your payment (instantly) but very slow to give you a response.
My email confirmation of purchase was issued 24 hrs after and my shipping date took a further 5 days respectively.
This made myself anxious.
I cannot comment on the content of the goods, but they're customer service needs some help.
In contrast, "YOOX" is way better regarding the delivery of communication.

We are sorry for John D's disappointment but we wish to specify several details that haven't been mentioned. The order had been delayed because we noticed when we received the order that no phone number had been provided. Because phone number is essential for the success of the delivery we blocked the order and asked him to provide the number. He called us to provide it a couple of days later. It then took 48 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. The day we sent the order, John D contacted us to cancel, we therefore blocked the shipment with Fedex and refunded the payment on Paypal. Like we said to John during our phone conversation, we hope that next time things will be smoother and there won't be communication issues. We think that both sides have made their mistakes this time. The order would have been processed much faster if customer would have provided his complete data.
Hey you all potential customers. I just ordered a Moncler Suit for my son. Everything arrived as expected. Fantastic service although don't expect an email to your questions straight away. Also the phone numbers often ring out but if you keep trying during their working hours you will be able to speak to a person. Great first time experience. Highly recommended.
Great experience as I ordered goods and the package arrived next day. I was so surprised, especially, it was just before Christmas and package travelled from Italy to Czech republic.
Also the communication via email was fast and helpful. I paid to delivery company when receiving goods, no need to pay by c/card ahead which suited me as ordering for the first time via this website. I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Hello I received my package of 'PRADA' shoes this morning... the shipping data stated no leather on the product and was valued at $167.00... I was charged $716.00... plus the shoes are clearly marked Made in Vietnam! Buyer beware... it was too good to be true!

One more thing: Big brand doesn't necessarily mean MADE IN ITALY, Prada produces all its sneakers in Vietnam and China. It doesn't mean that the quality is lousy, Vietnam and China have now very high qualified factories. You can double check this information in any Prada shop or directly with Prada customer service. I think the quality of Prada shoes is so obvious and really cannot be discussed, the manufacturing country has nothing to do with the quality level of the products.

I recently purchased my first online item with Raffaello, and I was shocked by the price on my visa card at the end of the month. There had been a clerical error, and they charged me in Euros, not Dollars. The price was considerably more.
I promptly wrote a terse email to the service department, and within hours I received a very kind, apologetic response that somewhat took me back, considering how caustic my initial mail had been. They had promptly researched the discrepancy and corrected it immediately with a reimbursement.
I have had some other problems in the past with other companies, so I was pleasantly surprised by the obvious difference.
