I ordered 2 pairs of morato jeans and. Beenie. Loved them all but one was slightly tight. I contacted the customer service and they were very helpfull. They arranged the dhl pickup and i recived a refund right away. I would recommend rafello netword to everyone for amazing prices and customer service!
Hi! Just wanted to share my happiness with my ordered PRADA shoes from Rafaello Network. I got my shoes in 3 days thru DHL express delivery. Well packed, new, true to size, looks exactly like the one shown on their site and very prompt delivery. I also paid thru PAYPAL. Called their customer service hotline at their indicated time on their site about the details of my package and they communicated well with me. Thanks for a very smooth transaction! Will buy again from your site.
Bought a pair of Guiseppe Zanouti men's trainers. They were cheaper here than buying them from Harrods! I bought them from here on impulse because it was good value but after having read the reviews I was then dubious of the website wondering if I had been duped into giving them my money! However I had no reason to worry as I was emailed with advice of shipping with a tracking number after a few days and the shoes arrived in good condition brand new in the original box and shoe bags! Thank you very much Raffaello Network! Will definitely buy from you again as your reductions on designer gear are excellent

I bought a pair of designer shoes from this site and received them within five working days. Not only is the product clearly fake - NOT leather, the labels are wonky and clearly glued on, and no certificate, I cannot get to the online returns form as when I click on the link there is an error and it goes through to a "cannot connect to database" page!
I am fuming right now and if I can't get through to the customer helpline to return these shoes I will be reporting this as a fraudulent website!
Just to update - I did manage to return these shoes and received a refund of £126.00 (having paid £141.00 for the shoes plus a few pounds extra for delivery. All in all a relatively decent returns procedure once I had managed to access the returns page.

Firstly, I tried to contact you by email on 30 Dec and 7 Jan while there's no reply until I comment on your company in public. Secondly, the total money 813.9GBP has already been moved from my account on 30 December. (I can send your the bank statement as a proof). As you said, if you only take a reservation of the money, the amount will be displayed in the 'pending' section rather than in my bank statement directly. Third, I understand there's a holiday between 1-3 Jan, while 5 days have passed since then it's better to inform me the process of my order rather than let the customer wait for nothing. I remembered I contacted you once through your online chat, you said the Stella Mccartney shoes will be shipped this week. Today is the last day of the week I'm afraid it's delayed again. Dear Linda, while we understand your frustration we feel you are a little bit too harsh with you judgement. We contacted you through phone and email on December 30 to inform you the Stuart Weitzman boots were no longer available in the color you ordered and to offer you another color that you refused because you didn’t like it, which is totally understandable. As far as the Stella McCartney lace-ups are concerned, we are still waiting to receive them from a boutique we work with. We apologize for this delay but this is a holiday time in our country and everything is slowed down. That is also the reason why you didn’t get any refund. When you place an order on our website, we receive a charging authorization from your bank (it is only a reservation). No money is ever moved to our account until, or unless, the order ships. In your case we would charge only the amount of the Stella’s (the balance will automatically go back in your account). We have waived the shipping costs as a gesture for the inconvenience.
Ordered boots from Stuart Weitzman. They promised it would ship in three days. I emailed them after a week when I will got shipping information. Never heard anything but now I got an email that true boots are sold out and they would give me a refund. I don't want a refund I want my boots! They are now sold out everywhere and I didn't even got my money back. Will never ever purchase again and I would like any that I read the comments before. So please be aware not ever purchase from them again!

Therefore when a customer places an order we then have to backorder the product(s).
Unfortunately it is impossible to keep our inventory 100% updated with the ones of more than 20 shops and discrepancies can happen between what is displayed on the website and what is really available, especially at the end of sales time. You got a reply after one week because we tried our best to get the shoes to different shops before giving you a definitive answer.
As far as you refund is concerned: the pending payment authorized at the point of sale was canceled in our bank. This payment was only on “hold” in your account. No money is moved to our bank, unless, or until, the order ships.
The time it takes for the money to be available for your use depends on the time it takes for the card issuer to release the hold once it is canceled by the merchant. Some card issuers take hours, some days, some weeks, and some as long as two months. But the policies for the customers personal card is not available to us, we suggest you to contact your bank.

I would like to ask Raffaelle-Network, why it's customerservice are lying to thier klients about received ripp-offs. They are quotes for saying this.
One more thing: Big brand doesn't necessarily mean MADE IN ITALY, Prada produces all its sneakers in Vietnam and China. It doesn't mean that the quality is lousy, Vietnam and China have now very high qualified factories. You can double check this information in any Prada shop or directly with Prada customer service.
On the link at the top of the note, its clear that prada never have produced any product in vietnam. I will make this a personal battle, to make sure you don't get to rip anyone off ever again.

I ordered a Ferragamo tie before Christmas and it was lost in the post by DHL. I have been in contact with the team a number of times regarding a refund and have heard nothing back. Now when I call it constantly says the number is engaged?

I ordered a pair of stella mccartney shoes and have been trying to return them and get NO response from customer service. Awful customer service. I bought a pair of Tod's in sales. Initial price was 420€, now the website indicates a price of 670€ and finally when I received the box, the pricetag indicates 398€... it seems that they change the prices in order to make sales more attractive. As a consumer, I feel ripped off...

Hello Romi! We are sorry but because of a technical issue we have to upper the original price when we apply the sale price. How much did you pay for the shoes 420? Less? Please note we are intermediaries and work with a network of more than 20 shops. The price tag you found inside the box is the shop’s tag. We cannot afford to apply the same price of the boutique for obvious business reasons.

I ordered an Armani tracksuit last week. I've not received any email confirmation or ANY kind, no written or verbal communication whatsoever. I wouldn't even of had the order number hadn't I wisely printed off the final order page. Tried emailing - no response. Tried phoning MULTIPLE TIMES - ringing through & giving a busy message at the end. Tried to gain contact through whatsapp - Nothing. Tried the live chat & it's offline. The customer service of this company is absolutely appalling & in the retail industry can only be described as an abomination. I paid for delivery of which is described as an 'express service' in which I would receive my goods within '1 day'. What a joke, this is the worst shopping experience of my life.

As dreading my second order has been cancelled as the item wasn't available anymore from the store Raffaello is using! The Gucci jumper became available at a lower price for Black Friday, and is still listed in other size! It is from this winter collection! Not from past year and shouldn't be hard to found. Raffaello if you don't have it don't list it! Enough with your pity excuses. So disappointed as I could have got it from other online store at that time.
