I don't shop on QVC very often but when I do I am always absolutely thrilled with my items whether they be clothing Electronics Etc. They have excellent customer service and easy pay is great for people like me on disability.
I have been a member since their first day. Always a positive experience. If something is not right they make it right.
However, I still LOVE the products I bought there a little tea brewer ball & pink ice heart earrings
I find a lot of the hosts very likable & fun to watch I even did a review on air once for proactiv (i didn't buy it from them though)
Anyone know if a class action lawsuit can be started on this scam of a business? I placed an order using easy pay they put a hold on my card for the amount and it was for $200. Today I went to log in to check the status of my order and couldn't log in. I message qvc through their chat with my info and the ignorant person on the other end says my order and my account had been cancelled because they couldn't verify my info. What the hell does that mean anyway. Mean while they will have a hold on my card for $200. For a week.
If you love to shop via television shopping shows, this is a great show to do it with. They provide good customer service
Great quality, hassle free returns, free exchange, good selection, up to date fashion,. Beauty, fashion, electronics, toys, they have it all and have videos on how to use, wear and select.
I first ordered a deal on QVC without much problem, but two days later, I could not sign in to track the order status. I left a note on their website, and they said they can't find my email on their system.
So I tried to contact with their online customer care personnel, she said my account is closed. She told me I should get my refund within 3 to 7 business days. When I demanded the reason, the lady said I must write a physical mail for that and terminated the conversation hastily.
Don't you ever buy from this company because if you order something you never get it! Read these comments first cause you don't want to waste your money from this $#*!ty company.
YOU PLACE AND ORDER AND PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND QVC HAS BILLED YOU YET THEY SEND YOU AND EMAIL WITH A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER. QVC CAN'T EVEN TRACK IT FOR YOU ON USPS. ON QVC WEBSITE AT EACH DESTINATION OF TRACKING IT STATES "ITEM WAITING TO BE PICKED UP BY USPS". YOU NEVER GET YOUR ORDER. BECAUSE QVC NEVER SENDS OUT YOUR ORDER HOPING YOU FORGET ABOUT IT AND THEY JUST KEEPS YOUR MONEY.
They have the WORST shipping methods. A month after my "Estimated Shipping date", my item still says "in process." (This product was not on back order either). Customer service was less than helpful and I had to go ahead and cancel the item because at the rate things were going, I wasn't going to receive my order until 2020. Very disappointed and UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER order from them again! Oh... and they have a lot of the same products as Amazon has, only Amazon has cheaper prices and more reliable shipping methods!

Mom mother passed away on Oct. Of 2016. In December of that year, I received a package from QVC. Inside was a pair of very uncomfortable looking blue plastic shoes and an invoice for $6.39 that was charged to my debit card. Having had issues with my identity in the past. I returned that package and went to the bank to change accounts and isolate checking accounts from other accounts. I then called QVC to inform them of their mistake. I was thinking that would resolve the matter. I could not of been more wrong.
QVC was less than understanding, suggesting to me my dead mother must of used my card (guessing illegally since she is not on my accounts) while she was alive and ordered shoes that would not have fit her to be deliveried after he death.
Today, I recieved a threat letter. I have never done business with QVC and now will warn everyone I meet that QVC is no better than a criminal organization that is using our legal and cerdit reporting system to extort money from people who owe them nothing and have little recourse.
So far taking care of this issue has cost me over 3 hours and counting and yes for fun shake I am documenting everything. If only our court system was accessible and equitable to all. Instead, mistreated and abused consumers are left with few options other than to complaining on line.
Every electronic that I have ever purchased from QVC has caved within a year. I brought a laptop, this stopped working and because I did not get a warranty they referred me to the manufacturer that were totally useless. Bought 2 cameras all broke before a year's timeframe. It seems they sell models that are no longer being produced by the manufacturers so they ship these defective items to QVC to be resold.
My mom bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas and I received it early December 2016 - I LOVE IT! I was cooking in it, at least 3 times a week. The BEST Wings ever! I started noticing in late January 2017 that the removable basket was chipping; then the bottom; it still cooked fine; then about 3 weeks ago - it died. I called QVC; Chatted with QVC; then emailed their Customer Service Dept - twice - NO Response. I received it as a gift, from my Mom. I'm not looking for money; I'm looking for a replacement. QVC is the ONLY site selling this brand Air Fryer - I asked how I could send it back so that they can see that its broken and I'm not trying to get something for nothing - BUT absolutely NO ONE is responding. My mom tried looking for her receipt and she's going to go through her CC stmts - but my Mom is 80yrs old. Still great - but she does forget and sometimes it takes her longer to do something.
ALL I want is a replacement. I told QVC that I had all my mom's information that I would be able to assist them in looking for the purchase - BUT alas - nothing. Nada. I was asked to contact customer service when I called twice - the customer service on the phone told me to email my complaint. Still NOTHING.
What a disappointment in a company that is as popular and has been around a long time.
I don't believe I'll be buying anything from QVC and I've already started spreading the word about how I'm being treated and my next stop is Consumer Complaints.

I don't shop there anymore despite liking many things they have because of the insane shipping fees. One day, maybe QVC will realize all the other sites that have either free shipping (yes I know the cost is put somewhere, but not in your face), and the fact that most sites have one shipping fee if they do, where QVC has one for each item!

I love shopping at QVC! Such an awesome variety of products to choose from! Love the Easy Pay options! I do wish there was an Easy Pay Option on All Products! All of the products I have ordered have been excellent quality! I have nothing negative to say.
The customer service sucks, I ordered a hair grow laser helmet ( Order Number: *******757) and when I placed the order my card declined the transaction for security reasons, I cleared out it with my credit card company and tried again, this time the order went thru and as a proof of that I received and email from QVC with the confirmation of the order and estimated date of arrival. A week later after the arrival estimated date I hadn't received my order so I checked my email and no news there neither, then I called to customer service, they said my card was declined and I supposedly had to send a check, first news about it. Long story short story, customer service repeatedly put the responsibility on me and never really listened to me about the fact they send me an email confirming the order was placed, I will never try again to purchase something from them, I rather prefer to spend some few dollars more and get it from Amazon or any other supplier. I strongly do not recommend you to go through this type of poor service.

I wish for more stuff at the QVC! I love this place when find everything they have, great thing but I can't get to much it cost a lot I wish I could afford it but I can't I wish I could get more the stuff because it a great place to shop! I could only a little at a time!
Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
