Very satisfied everytime I order from QVC! They ALWAYS deliver when they say they are. Ive ALWAYS been well pleased with the items I've purchased from them! And their flex pay is accommodating!
I will never use this brand again. So much bad publicity as the products are always crashing. I would never use apple again
There's not much that I don't like about QVC. QVC does not put a product out there that is not of good quality. They provide "easy pay" no interest on a credit/debt card. They offer returns for up to 30 days. If you use the product for 30 days and do not like it you can return no questions asked unless you choose to let them know what you didn't like about the product.
People don't know that QVC sells top name brand items for far less that you can purchase anywhere else because of the massive amount of sales, they buy for less. Love this company.

They have stuff you can't get locally or anywhere else on the web because they are exclusive..
Total for items purchased 419.00 and some change. I was suppose to make in installments of $52.73. Couldn't first couple months so made minimum payment of $25.00 (twice) the following month received a bill with balance of $446.02 I figured must have been interest or something. Paid them $446.02. I get a bill the following month, says $87.10... by now I am thinking WTH. But paid it, following month I get a bill for for $52.73 I call QVC they said I didn't owe anything and anything I ordered prior to that was paid in full ( which I have confirmation #) they told me Synchrony had bought out their accounts and there had to be a communication problem. They closed my account, and yet this month got a bill for the $52.73 plus they tacked on a $25.00 late fee. NOT PAYING ANOTHER PENNY, WANT MY MONEY THAT IS OWED TO ME AND QUIT SCREWING WITH MY CREDIT! None of Synchrony' s explanations made any sense!

I ordered a laptop on Mar. 6,2016. Estimated delivery, Mar. 18,2016. Today, Mar. 21,2016, I called customer service, they said it is in transit. Could not give me an estimated date. Paperwork said order cancelled by sender. I asked to speak to someone higher up. Customer service left me ON HOLD fo 30 minutes! I hung up. QVC doesn't care.
But not has good as hsn when it come to customer service and when trying to reach customer service department long wait on the phone before you reach someone and hope they can help you!
These folks are highly reliable when it comes to customer service
And the shipping and handling is a killer. There Q card will end up putting one in debt, there Chanel is addicting.
Just discovered QVC when I was sick with a cold for two weeks.
Really like the variety, really like learning about what the trends are and have ordered a Shark Vaccum (love it), a Denim and Co jacket (love it) and today ordered plants. What I do not like is the high shipping costs but, hey, I can avoid those. But I do like to see what is new and improved and trendy.

Ordered three wool rugs, main 7x9, entrance 4x3 and hall runner 2.5 x9 because we could get all the same pattern. Received main first quality was ok for the price, then they said they shipped the runner and entrance on same day according to their website. UPS's site only showed one being picked up the other waiting ready for pickup. Only the entrance rug showed up. After multiple calls was told to call back at a later date to give it time to show up even though it was showing never shipped by UPS. Upon calling back I was told they didn't have any more ( I believe they over sold and never had it) and could only get a refund. Now I have to decide about returning everything to get matching rugs elsewhere.
Over priced and they tell you your saving a lot it dont shop there watch to see what out there for sale just for ideals only most there things is last year's or one of a kind
I was a great fan of QVC and purchased lots of stuff from them at really good prices. Never had a problem with them.
Unfortunately, QVC stopped shipping to Canada, I believe they had a lot of problems with items crossing the border/shipping.
Too bad, because now Canadians lose out on a great online shopping experience.
For me, I only found one problem with QVC, they have too many super items for to be able to afford. I bought a number of Christmas items from them that you can't find anywhere else. Everybody loved. My husband also thinks that I buy too much jewelry! Sorry, but everything is so fantastic. Can't say how many items I bought, but I was always more than satisfied. Will continue to order from them!
Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
Answer: Ye my gram passed away like 5 yrs ago and she used it for maybe 10 yrs.
