Bought some plants from QVC that were not really great but hoping they will take with a little tlc. Bought a solar powered duck for my garden I am over the moon with it.It was reasonably priced and really pretty. Would have given 5 stars if the plants had come up to scratch.

I have been purchasing clothes and electronics from QVC for over 7 years. The customer service is incredible!

This company will try to squeeze money from customers anyway it can and the most practical way for them is via unjustifiable charges for shipping. The products are low quality, the service is bad and costs to customers are outrageous.

I've used QVC for many years now and they virtually have everything that I need, with monthly payments, great sales and wonderful friendly customer service. Very fast shipping too! I highly recommend QVC.

I have order a steamer for my delicate clothes and works how it was mentioned on QVC but it can take some time to iron some pieces of clothing.

My goodness. They sure make every product seem like something you must have but each is really based on the quality standards of the seller. You don't really know what you are getting till it arrives because they present each item as perfect and a must have. You really need to know what you are looking for in order to not be disappointed. Hit and miss.

QVC the shopping channel is excellent I buy makeup from them and been very pleased with the result.

I like their merchandise but you have to be careful and not impulse buy since you can be stuck with shipping charges and they can add up. HSN will give you credit for returns so you are not losing money, wish QVC would do it also.

There is no worse thing than this! If you hate your product, take it there.

Just ordered CJ Cookie jeans and they are my favorite, too bad the other I like sold out. Always shop here.

I've been lucky in everything I bought from QVC. The quality has been outstanding and the price excellent. I usually buy things on QVC that are limited or special occasion items so its a lot of fun for holidays (Christmas/Easter, etc). Great quality and value!

Sometimes you get good deals and other times they are a rip off.

I have ordered CHRISTMAS GIFTS from them... GREAT PPL and GREAT SITE on TV and ONLINE... nothing bad to say... at all. Theyre MORE than FAIR...

I am a long time QVC shopper, both online and via TV. Amazon has spoiled me with free Prime shipping and nearly instantaneous delivery, so by contrast, QVC's shipping seems slow and pricey, but their products are good and they also have great return policies and customer service.

You need to make it more reasonable dollar wise to send things back like HSN--5 free returns.

Have made a couple of purchases from this company. Excellent products and very good value. Delivery prompt and customer service very efficient.
