I was given a gift and tried to return it. They refunded the seller, notified the seller of a return, and didn't refund the full amount. When I called to get this corrected, I was on hold for 2 hours getting a manager and the manager informed me there was no way for the seller not to be informed of the return. This is a HORRIBLE policy for gifts. For a retail giant, how have they not figured out gift receipts or returning gifts? Customer service was ineffective and horribly unhelpful, the full amount wasn't even refunded and now the seller is aware of a gift return. Nothing was done to remedy the situation or make it right for myself or the seller. QVC is a disappointment.

I've only ordered a vacuum, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Shipping was fast, I thought the costs were reasonable. I did the easy monthly payments which made my life easier. Overall I thought the experience was better than average.

Have been good customer for many years. Even ordered mattress years ago but now have medical problems and needed new mattress so ordered one again. This time was springs and cardboard, had hard time with 30 day return took many calls then after pick up took many calls for refund and only got refund of $99.00 when payment was around $300.00. This was not what I was lead to believe if needed to return, expected my money back not part of my money back and even if charge for pick up most stores only charge $50.00 not approx. $200.00. Don't buy mattress from QVC. I send a lot of business to QVC but no more. Very disappointed.

I have never used QVC to a huge degree because they make me pay tax and NO OTHER online shopping site does wit the exception of the one located in my state.

Also the shipping is higher than other sites.

QVC isnt what it used to be and I think its over priced. But they are located n the NE so perhaps for the people living there, the prices are good.

I only order if its something I really like and cant get anywhere else.

QVC is a joke. I ordered some computers for my business. They call me the next day and tell me I can't easy pay because there was a limit to how much you can easy pay even though they were billing my personal credit card monthly? I asked what the limit was and lady said QVC doesn't give out what the limit you can easy pay is? I asked why and was told it was QVC policy. I asked what the policy said and she said they didn't divulge that information? I asked what her name was and she said it was Cheryl. I asked for a last name was told they don't give last names, so I asked to speak with a supervisor and was abruptly hung up on? What sort of shady business has a hidden limit on the business they are doing? Why aren't you transparent in your business dealings? What are you hiding? I will never do business there again
