Overcharged by card putting me into the red, No Sorry nothing jus a refund 3 weeks later

This is the first time I ordered anything from QVC. I picked the free shipping option. Said 4-5 business days. However I received it in just ONE day! I was amazed. The earrings I got were beautiful also! Very impressed!

I have brought several things from QVC I love their products that customer service is awesome I definitely recommend them

Last yyear slow shipping, slower returns, even slower refunds no response from customer service, I am gone gone gone. Can get most items from Macys Philosophy Or hsn with better service and faster refunds

Advice don't buy big ticket items from them. I asked for the returns department they don't have phones I was told. They said no to talking to supervisor. Now taking pmt for bed I don't have.
Sad bunch.

I am not a frequent buyer when it comes to catalouge shopping but my wife loves it. Great quality and choice for a great price.

I love shopping at QVC.com. I love most of the items that I purchase and if not the returns are so easy.

We use the Care Mark home delivery service for all our prescriptions and gave been very satisfied with their service. Their products seem a little higher but the the difference is made up in fuel expenses to pick up their products.

Costly to return clothing that doesn't fit. Clothing usually run larger than brick and mortar stores. Mostly made in China clothing.

This site is more attractive as it awarded winning service.
This site tells the today's specials.

Easily navigable, and I like the fact that you can view on air demos. Customer reviews of the products pre-purchase are a good idea though

Shopping at QVC is always a rewarding experience. But it can also be a hit or miss. I always try and read the reviews on products before purchasing. It really can help you make a good decision on something that might otherwise be a poor choice of product.

I've only ordered one item from them, a Laptop an I love it. I like, that I can pay monthly due to the fact I am a Senior Citizen on fixed income.As soon as I pay my computer off I will be ordering again.So far so GOOD

Never tried QVC. Definitely will again! Really surprised that best price on high-end hand mixer would be QVC, but that is what I found and prompt delivery, too. Merrier Christmas.

I hate HSN! Why don't they say how many items you can return before closing your account! Customer service SUCKS!
