The overall reputation of Quora appears to be declining, with numerous customers expressing dissatisfaction about the platform's moderation policies and perceived bias in content removal. Many users reported experiences of censorship, particularly regarding political views, leading to frustrations over a lack of open dialogue. Despite these concerns, some users still appreciate Quora for its diverse range of topics and the opportunity to engage with a global audience. However, the prevalence of scams and low-quality content has raised significant concerns about the platform's integrity and reliability, suggesting a need for improved moderation and user support.

Site and posters should be reported to the FBI/NSA anti terrorist and extremist division. Full of black supremacist domestic terrorists groups like Black Hebrew Israelites, Nation of Islam and their supporters and Antifa and various Marxist radicals. Moderators support the above openly.
Quora was at one time interesting and in some cases helpful. Then they introduced the ability for people to make users pay real money to read their answers or to make money from asking questions. The result has been many knowledgeable and helpful answers being hidden behind a pay wall by greedy people and accounts that churn out thousands of ridiculously dumb and pointless questions each day. To make matters worse they have removed the ability to report these questions as insincere, 70% of questions I see are from paid for troll accounts.
They also allow vile hatred aimed at people and refuse to remove the questions, answers, comments and the people behind them. In fact I believe they actively encourage hateful people, they're banned from other social media because they are so nasty so they flock like flies round poop to Quora. It's fast becoming a cesspit of hate.
Sanskriti university is best amongst all universities in Uttar pradesh and it offers various courses in various fields. The infrastructure of this university is very fascinating and Unique. The laboratories are well equipped with the equipments and library is full of books written by world famous writers. This university also provides placements for students in top companies. Quora is so far to the left that I can't believes anyone reads it. It is filled with lie, distorted statements, and wild and crazy theories.
One post made a ridiculous conclusion on a disputed charge against Kushner. I wrote that if true it should be investigated and gave around 10 facts why the other claims were nonsense. The author, a Joe Bass, said one fact was nonsense and deleted my posts. I gathered evidence to show it was fact and went to rebut, but I am not allow to post.
Joe Bass' garbage remains up and now some other morons believe it is fact to spread more fake news!
I tried to ask a question on Quora. First, someone (a moderator, apparently) didn't like the way the question was phrased, so my question was "restricted". I fixed the question, and then it was OK, and then wrote a comment to clarify my question and provide context. That was "restricted", and after several edits stayed "restricted". Restricted means no one but you and the mods can see it. I eventually just deleted the question in disgust and deleted my account.
If you think you would enjoy writing questions and comments that faceless, nameless people decide do not in some way conform to a set of vague policies, and they don't tell you how or why you offended their "standards", but they make it impossible for other users to see what you wrote, then join Quora, you'll have a blast.
Otherwise, my advice is stay away!
I understand there is a need for a well moderated chat facility to keep out the haters, bullies and other malefactors, and maintain some standards of writing and expression, but IMO Quora has gone too far, way too far, 1984 (the George Orwell novel) too far. It's really too bad, Quora could be a great resource were it not for the excesses of their writing police.
You will not get the truth but you will get LEFT WING BULL$#*!… count on it! They don't even recognize that the USA is a Representative Republic! They call it demonic! Leftists do not care about truth, God, ethics, excellence or anything righteous. They only care about POWER! If I could rate this site zero, I would!
Quora is decent I presume, I heard online once or twice but if we can bring back Jeeves that would be a GAME CHANGER…
Ask Jeeves; to bring him back ALL we need is a petition with 10k signatures and Jeeves will be back kicking Siri in her you know what.
ASK YOURSELF. WHO DO YOU NEED MOST?
Jeeves / Don Cheadle 2024!
Every vote counts.
The whole website/platform seems to be moderated entirely by bots. This facilitates blatant abuse, trolling, and manipulation of the moderation and vote systems without any oversight, rewards those acting in bad faith, and punishes genuine content creators.
There's some decent content on the website but you have to wade past a torrent of crap.
The arbitrary nature of the moderation and almost complete lack of human quality assurance means the experience can mostly be characterised as an increasingly toxic waste dump of spam, hate speech, propaganda, groupthink, and memes. It's becoming a worse version of Reddit.
Quora was spamming my email with unwanted info. There was no way to turn those alerts off from the emails. When I went to the site, a number of weirdly upsetting or gross posts were throughout my feed. The process to turn off the unwanted alerts was full of defects. While on the site, I found an interesting post or two. I was trying to find them a moment later but there was no way to do that. Quora does not make the effort to have a site that runs on a decent level. While there I also could not find a way to make a post in particular sections.
I see accounts with conservative opinions being banned but liberals opinions aren't. Another heavily biased website.
The site is massively toxic. Users answer questions rudely. Most of the time users don't actually give you useful answers. The answers people recieve mostly are people trying to make your question seem bad which is annoying. The commenters are insane too. Some users go out of their way to attack someone over a answer. They go as far as commenting on your profile too. You get reported over someone being sensitive over comments. The communities are very insane. I don't advise anyone to join the spaces on quora.
For example the anime community of quora is horrible. You can't have a different opinion from others. They can't take criticism. And they are very sensitive about anime related topics. Some guy got offended by what I said about dragonball he screenshotted my answer and came to my profile talking about my answer. That's how far people go on quora. There are crazy users who are racist, delusional people, and people who pick fights.
Quora is a terrible site that isn't worth your time.
I actually stop going to Quora, the reason why is because they have crazy questions, that are written and answered by the same person. I just don't understand why you just can't post a question, and wait for someone to actually give a good answer. Most of the answers that is on Quora is wrong.
Quora makes no attempt to remove even the most blatant pro-Russian propaganda (for example, 70,000 American soldiers have been killed in Ukraine). Attempts to correct this disinformation in the comments are deleted as they are considered personal attacks on the writer of the answer. This is seriously harming its credibility and makes the website seem like a Russian mouthpiece at worst and run by useful idiots at best.
I was forced to make an account to delete the account I didn't want to make. I don't know how the account even came to exist. Quora is the bane of my search results. Quora sucks!
Quora censored my poetry, then censored the truth that they censored. Another worthless entity leveraging people for what they can squeeze out of them, but not respecting their opinions
Quora is an ok webiste. Everyone is talking about the issues with moderation but i'm annoyed with the lack of educated individuals. I thought it would be filled with many people willing to help but only some are helpful. I'm also tired of random people requesting my answer to things. I understand that i write about figure skating a lot but i have no clue how to explain long division to you Janet!
Do you like essentially answering the exact same questions written in different ways by many different people? If so, you'll love Quora! You might also love Yahoo answers or even hitting yourself in the head with a phonebook until you remember where you actually found a phonebook in 2022...
Not only does answering random people's questions not provide a single modicum of constructive effort to your day, but some find it to be about as addictive as crack-fried crack!
In all seriousness, if you like asking random strangers questions and getting the same caliber of answers you'd expect from asking bus stop hookers for medical advice, Quora is your place to be!
This site is basically porn for idiots and A-holes. If you offer any input on alternative advice, Quora will remove your answer.
Like Google, Instagram, Facebook, and other associated big tech crapshoot hell, it's another form of 1984. The New World Order conspiracy to make earthlings the most hollow, pretentious, disgraceful, butt sniffing scum of the planet. Why? To destroy the human race non-violently so robots can take over and allow the elite to have earth all for themselves.
If I could give zero stars that's what Quora deserves. And no it's not a "Liberal biased agenda" that their mod team follows, that's total BS. As someone who is more left based politically I've had more than enough mod decisions made against me for REASONABLE comments. Comments defending against blatant sexists for sexually harassing comments, comments calling attention to Nazi sympathising antisemitic holocaust deniers, and racism. Every single one of my comments have been deleted (and no, I've never used swear words in them so it can't be that) while every single comment of theirs that I've reported for actual hate speech and harassment has been allowed. I've been given the huge impression that the Quora mod team is run by sexist, fascist Nazi sympathisers, because of their extremely ridiculous assertion that MY comments calling attention to antisemitic Nazi propaganda was "hate speech" but not their actual, real antisemitic hate speech. I'm sorry, what? Did I miss some kind of new legislation in the U. N. that neo-Nazis are a marginalised protected people group now? Lol Quora is F*CKED.
To top it all off, one of my comments in question had actually been RESTORED after my appeal for wrong deletion was accepted, but now it's been deleted a second time even though they accepted my appeal and restored it already. Purely garbage inconsistent moderation clearly on a whim (or some dumb algorithm).
Many times now I've had debates with pro-China / pro-Russia anti-Ukraine posters. I counter their arguments and match their politeness level. As soon as I say something even partially negative (like calling them out on lying) I get instant mass spammed with downvotes, and then my post gets deleted for violating Quora policy. It seems the site has been taken over by some bot farms that are manipulating content... either that or the moderators have a strong anti-Western bias and spread misinformation. Bizarre since it's a western based company!
Answer: Yes, the questions about penis size and virginity seems to sponsor endless discussion!
Answer: Because Google put Quora answers at the top of their search results when people search for a question they see the answer from Quora. Which is stupid because most answers on Quora aren't even correct lol. Idk why Google wants to promote that site, if they own it or they want to buy it and incorporate it into Google at some point. I think the site is awful and it should be shut down because it's just a propaganda site. You do not see Quora from any other search engine for example duckduckgo. But you see it in Google.
Answer: No, it is obviously leftist but it does on occasion allow questions or replies for short periods of time that are obviously uncomfortable to the "politicaly correct" crowd in a useless attempt to appear unbiased.
Answer: I honestly feel and highly suspect from certain traits that Quora pays Google to be high on the rank and they get *buddy buddy* with the government. Quora is essentially too big to fail. We no longer have capitalism but now live under governmentism which Trump pledges to end but can he? Does he really mean what he says? That is the million $ question.
