I've enjoyed it. One item I won was a Christmas gift so it wasn't plugged in until after 30 days so since it wasn't checked within the 30 days I was unable to exchange it. It was disappointing to give a broken gift and not be able to replace it. I would suggest you think about adding an option to extend the return time if the item is a gift. Other than that it's been very good.
Wrote a message as to how long processing took they quickly got back to me and had my item shipped.

Delivery services tend to not believe in my rural address but I was able to get it added to my account with one simple email to QBids support.
Didn't realize I would be charged $60. They responded quickly and refunded!
Had an issue with an unintended sign-up made by son. QuiBids voided it with no questions asked - literally, minutes later.
I signed up for Quibids thinking it was free - I would have been ok with the. 60 charge per bid but didnt realize I was purchasing a bid package at 60.00. I sent in an email asking that the charge be reversed and it was taken care of that same day. I cannot remember I had such a great experience with no questions asked just giving me what I asked for! I have already told people about the greatness of the customer service I received and will continue to.

I needed a refund back to my credit card. I submitted an email to customer support ON A SUNDAY within the hour I got a response from customer support and refund processed back to my credit card.
I wrote a review in the past about this company. I lost $500 and they sent me a Samsung Tab 4. This was not the one I wanted so I never opened it until last month. I was shocked to see that the tablet shows coloured lines on the screen. Now, because I am late in informing them I am not getting a return. The customer service is very RUDE. I shop a lot online but never received a malfunctioning product like that. This site is ripping off customers. Stay away from them.
Hi Parveen. We can absolutely refund the unused bids in your account. However, once you place your bids in auctions, you ultimately affect the outcome of those auctions. We can't refund every person's bids who lose or else our site could not operate. This is clearly stated in the QuiBids 101 and help sections of our site. There really were not that many products that I first of all really want.
--Closest thing would be buy some gift cards. Else, not really. Secondly- and maybe i misunderstand the process, the idea of having to pay $12 for $10 gift card seems silly... I think I understand that I pay for the bid wether I win or loose. So I bid $5 for a $10.- gift card. Someone else bids $6.- I need to bid $7.- to not just loose $5?
The other guy needs to do the same- and now we see who is willing to go the most over the value to not loose. I dont think this is a good program for me. So glad you send my money back. It seems plenty of other people are very happy. So. Its probably just me..
When I signed up for quibids out of curiosity and to see how it worked, I didn't realize I would be charged $60 for the privilege. I wasn't happy, and asked for a refund. Neat site, but I don't like being charged a large amt of money without it being 100% clear that I'm doing so, and with a chance to back out before purchasing. Fortunately the customer service person refunded it immediately upon request. Not sure if I will be participating in quibids in the future.
