I read the reviews above and it seems like this is typical fraud on the consumer part and a huge money maker for QuiBids. In the beginning the customer will win, then the customer will have to spend more money to get more bids, QuiBids didn't mention that their chances of winning again just diminished tremendously.
I accidentally purchased a bid pack, but only meant to view the site; unfortunately, I didn't have the money in the bank to cover it so it caused me an overdraft fee; thank goodness for your understanding, I sent an e-mail to you and received immediate response, and had the refund back in my account today; thank u so much for being so quick to reply, awesome, super job!
I choose to close my account because this type of format is designed to allow individuals to make a business out of their wins. The same winners keep bidding and winning on the same products. Maybe they just want 10 of the same drivers in their golf bag. I opened up my account to hopefully score a decent buy on a few products. I quickly observed that due to the same individuals bidding repeatedly that I would not get the deal I thought was possible. For those of you that are bidding as a business CONGRATS
Alicia on the Chat line provided me with excellent service. To resolve my problem she offer me two very fair options. I have selected the one that best met my needs. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful situation a very simple and fair process! I would rank the customer service I received on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest... 100 or simply off the chart.

When I sign up for QuiBids I didn't realize there was a set up fee account without my biding on anything. I sent an email requesting a refund, I got a response back and within a day or two I was refunded the full amount.
I ENTER QuiBids WHIT LEES INFORMATION THAT I REQUIRED. WHEN I EXPLAIN THAT TO YOU, YOUR REACTION WAS VERY POSITIVE.

I amazing new bidder, I learned you need to start on smaller items at first. Best wins have been Bergoff frying pans, they are amazing. I have replaced all of my old ones.
My experience with QuiBids was one of the worst experiences of my life. My dealing with them was one that left a bad taste with me. Every time I would try to bid on something they would stop me, tell me I should not bid on anything of value, that was for the experts. I had to bid on lousy, sorry merchandise, and then I would be stopped and told I had to do a buy it now. As far as I am concerned, QuiBids is a bunch of professional rip-off artists.
Hi Darrell. We encourage all new users to participate in the smaller beginner auctions before jumping into the bigger ones with more experienced bidders. This will allow you to learn a good strategy in an easier and comfortable environment. When you feel more comfortable with the bidding system, then you can jump into the more experienced auctions. We do this as a way to protect our customers from losing their bids right off the bat.

Yesterday I have received 5 free bids by email. Those bids expires today! This is crazy! These free bids are like a gift card i should use those when i want... But not with Quibids
What they want is me to rush and bid on something. Usually u need more than 5 bids to win something. They want u to buy more bids... Also what i hate of them is the choice of item available that is very limited. If u have a cell phone a suit case a Ipad or a watch u don't need this site. U need Quibids if u want to buy a 10,00$ gift card from Walmart that you're gonna pay two times is value because u really want to win the card... Here is another Option: Go to Walmart and buy a gift card for the value of 10$... Guess what u won't pay more than 10$
Hi Caroline. While we cannot control the behavior of other bidders on our site, we do have systems in place to prevent you from ever having to walk away from an auction empty handed. For example, our Buy Now feature allows you the option of purchasing the product at retail if you don't end up winning. This way if you end up in an auction with another bidder who will go all the way and "bid to the retail price," then you can rest assured that you won't be out the money of the bids you placed by using Buy Now and getting the item at retail, much like if you were shopping at any other ecommerce store. And if you invest a lot of bids into an auction and end up losing, don't forget to use the Buy Now option to apply your spend bids as a discount to the retail price.
