Exceptional service

Tammy took care of speaking with Duravit when I got my Durastyle console with the shelf that is a special order that takes 12-14 weeks and the wood of the shelf at the corners expanded where the wood pegs came undone and cannot be hammered back in. She was so nice and felt bad as Ive waited so long for it and handled the situation very quickly and got back to me in just a few hours to tell me they are sending me another one and in half the time. Exceptional customer service with the upmost kindness! Thank you!

Great service!

Part of my toilet arrived broken. I didn't open the boxes until passed their 24 return period. I sent them photos and they immediately replaced them free of charge. Great customer service. Will be recommending QialityBath to all my friends.

Along with many on the gulf coast hurricane tragedy struck and we had to cancel our order due to severe damage. Janet in customer service took immediate control after I emailed and explained the situation, and followed everything through, she is my hero.

I love the sink I got and the customer support I got along the way. For some reason, the flange did not work with my sink, but they took care of it for me swiftly and I really appreciate that. My sink is high quality, as pictured and beautiful and shipping was fast! Thank you!

Working from a QualityBath order completed three years ago, Sol worked through my remodel design issue (mistake!) to help me solve something that has been driving me crazy since the original install years ago. He ended up contacting the manufacture to arrange for a custom replacement part on my behalf and promptly get the part ordered. I should have done this at the original install and not keep hoping the error will look better as I aged. Good job Sol!

During our bathroom renovation, key components needed to complete our new toilet installation inadvertently got tossed. YIKES! But I called Quality Bath customer service and was directed to Tammy. Our conversation took place on a Friday morning, I had a confirmation that both the items I needed were ordered by Friday afternoon and confirmation on shipping by both by next business day. This was not a large order, but Tammy understood my urgency and handled my order as a top priority. Great customer service these days sticks out like a sore thumb. Mine was a very positive experience and I look forward to working with them again soon.

I had a small issue with the sink grid for my Julien double bowl sink. One of the grids was having issues with the rods. I reached out to Quality Bath and they swung into action. Not only did Quality Bath get the grid replaced, they were able to get me the matching sink grid for my other bowl, for the replacement grid would not have matched.

My thanks to Lea in Customer Service and Sara my sales rep.

Quality Bath has a real gem in Vicky Eisen! I had ordered a farmer's sink from their site back in April, and as it was manufactured in France (and the Covid matter) Vicky let me know it would take up to 12 weeks. I thought no problem, my kitchen won't be nearly done until then. However, Vicky then let me know the French company was having production problems and perhaps I should consider another sink. I did, and WOW, it was in stock, much less in price, and I think just a lovely. Just received it in perfect condition and took it straight away to my cabinet maker. Vicky has been the best at keeping me informed, and just giving the best customer service! If only all companies had Vickys in their repertoire! Thank you for all the over-the-top service you gave me!
