Lowest prices I could find. And when one of the products arrived damaged due to shipping, quickly resolved by me sending a picture of damage and Adina sending a replacement.

I had a problem with the shipment. The description was not complete/inaccurate, and the vanity I got was not what I expected. Customer service responded within a few days, to find a resolution. Ultimately, they refunded the purchase price without much hassle. I always hope for the best, but problems inevitably happen. I would happily order from QualityBath again, knowing the quality of customer service.

After working with other kitchen and bath suppliers, we suddenly found we needed parts immediately and no one local had them available. I did an online search and am so glad this website and phone number came up. Avi was the best rep I've ever worked with. He quickly found what we needed and had the rough parts shipped to us asap.

Quality bath has consistently given me the best quotes. They are knowledgeable and kind and quick to reply. Whenever I have needed to return anything they have been helpful and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Purchased a Franke Sink Grid. Took 3 weeks to arrive as they ordered it from Franke to be shipped to me. I ordered the wrong drain side. Had to return it and got hit with a 25% restocking fee. Outrageous and inflated.
Do yourself a favor and order from Vevano.com. Ordered the same item at a cost of $20 less than Quality Bath and arrived in 2 days. And, Vevano only charges a 15% restocking fee. Seems clear to me... Vevano better service.

I would recommend this 120%... Well worth the money. Outstanding customer service, I will always be grateful to QualityBath.com.

I received quick responses when I needed to make a return and was quickly had a new Door coming my way after the carrier some how broke the door during shipment. Janet was in contact with me until I notified Janet that everything was good on my side, I appreciated the regular updates regarding the issue with my product.

I searched forever to find the perfect fixtures for my bath remodel. Finally found exactly what I wanted and at a great price at qualitybath.com. Unfortunately, I found out later that one of the items was delayed 2 months. I searched around to see if I could find a replacement but everyone was showing as delayed for that long as well. I contacted customer service to see what could be done since not having that part would throw off my entire construction schedule. I got a message back from the rep, Tziporah. She actually hunted around with other vendors and was able to locate one (perhaps the only one in existence!) for me. She was having it shipped out right away. This level of customer service is unheard of in this day and age. I cannot thank her and qualitybath.com enough for taking the initiative and going far above and beyond to make it right for me. We have received great customer service from Quality Bath. We ordered sinks, faucets and related accessories from Quality Bath for our Kitchen remodel. Everything was delivered in good condition. Most items were delivered ahead of schedule. One item was delayed by the manufacturer, and Quality Bath went to an outside vendor to obtain the item so that we could maintain our remodel schedule; without us asking them to do so. We'll be using them again in the future.

I needed a Franke Logik Filtration Faucet, Model LB9280C, for an installation that was scheduled to happen faster than expected. QualityBath had one in stock and made special arrangements to get it to me fast. They were very helpful, efficient, and great to deal with. The entire transaction went smoothly, from finding the faucet on line, all the way through to delivery at my door. I will happily use QualityBath again when I do my next project!

Baila assisted me after finding my Franke 32" sink cracked and that was after I did not open my box and inspect it. This was after several months from receiving the product that Baila assisted me in contacting Franke and arranging a new sink be shipped to me at no cost. Baila asked me to send her photos of the cracks and she took care of the rest within two days. Awesome job Quality Bath and your outstanding customer service rep.

Competitive prices, combined with knowledgeable sales team and reliable customer service make this a great group to buy from. We stumbled across this website several years ago when remodeling bathrooms and could not be more pleased. When remodeling our kitchen, we ordered the wrong size faucet which they swapped without question. Their sales team patiently helped us select the right fixtures every time, taking into account OUR preferences, price range, and finishes. This group provides the first class customer service level not necessarily found in the Boston area higher end bathroom and kitchen showrooms so why shop anywhere else

This was a critical order to maintain a construction schedule and Mimi kept us completely informed along as to when we could expect of order to ship. Once it shipped, we received frequent shipping updates.

In this craziness of Covid-19 and the reduced production of many manufacturers and their ability to get raw materials, much less finished products out the door, Quality Bath gave us great service working with the manufacturer of our order.

Just want to give a shout out to Balia for all of her help with my issue. It is rare to find someone one on the other end of the phone in a large company that cares enough not to just say "sorry" and read from a script, but to actually solve the problem at hand. I needed a replacement part and she not only helped me find it she contacted the manufacture and arranged for me to be sent that part free of charge, which is also amazing and never happens. Thank you QualityBath for employing such kind of people.

The team at Quality Bath were exceptional! I felt well taken care of every step of the way. First, Akiva set aside a high sell out kitchen faucet for me and shipped it when I was ready, next when there was a manufacturer defect in the finish, Baila and Tammy helped process a return and sent a replacement that arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. When I dropped the return off at FedEx, I received an emailwithin 20 minutes letting me know they had issued a refund. This is the second time I've used Quality Bath and I can definitely recommend them!
